➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will be result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

➣There is no way around this so keep this in mind before booking

➣There is high bear activity in this area
➣Do not leave your car unlocked. Bears can open car doors. If they enter your vehicle they will probably destroy the interior
➣Do not leave food inside the car. Bears have been known to break car windows
➣We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by bears

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months (November through February) we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm.
