Unsanitary Conditions, and Awful Customer Service
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this property and strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a damp, humid atmosphere, raising serious concerns about potential mold. The room itself was in unacceptable condition—stained carpets, dirty walls, and clear signs of neglect. Additionally, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke that worsened whenever the AC unit was turned on, making the space completely unlivable.Since we checked in late at 12 AM, we had no alternative but to stay the night. However, we were so uncomfortable that we left as soon as daylight broke. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the host was a third party management company—maybe the hotel hired to get more bookings. This made the already frustrating situation even more challenging, as the front desk repeatedly assured me that the general manager would contact me, yet I never received a response. Despite my clear request for a refund, I was met with avoidance and vague excuses.Adding to the disappointment, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. The front desk was unhelpful, and when I called to express my concerns, the representative I spoke with was condescending and unwilling to provide any assistance.This experience felt like a blatant case of bait and switch. Given the poor conditions, lack of accountability, and unresponsive management, I would never book here again. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
