Not what I expected

Overall, it was okay. It was a place to sleep at least. This property was referred to me by family in the area, based off of price and location. The listing does state “third floor” but it doesn’t mention the death staircase to get to the room. Very small steps and cramped and if you have heart/breathing problems like myself then i recommend you look elsewhere. I thought I was having a heart attack several times, very annoying. My young adult kids were too big for the bunk bed. It was uncomfortably hot for March, and musty, had to open windows. The bathroom and kitchen could use some upgrades but at least it was usable. The best thing about the property was being located directly across the street from Starbucks. It was tacky of the owner to leave welcome notes that included asking for gratuity. We basically tried to spend most of our time out of the property, we didn’t even turn the tv on.I don’t usually write long reviews but i just wanted to be honest about my stay. This location is more tailored to young single travelers maybe versus older people or families.

Very Satisfied

Apartment was very clean, bed were very comfortable (even the teens thought so), complimentary wine and chocolate are ALWAYS appreciated. No complaints. Exactly as advertised. We've stayed several times. Always have a great experience.

Perfect location and accommodating host

The stay was great and the host was very accommodating when I asked for a later check out time. The location was perfect as we could walk to everywhere in downtown Hershey. And for a VRBO, the bed in the master bedroom was shockingly comfortable.

Great weekend get away

Clean property with a perfect amount of space for myself, husband, and son. Location was fantastic very close to many places to eat and the restaurant downstairs was great. We were even able to walk to Hershey Park.

The restaurant downstairs was great! Communication with the host was easy and they were veey reaponsive. We were able to walk to Hersheypark, but it's a hike- almost 2 miles.

Easy access to the park

We stayed here just one night as we were attending a concert across the way. The building is older, but the apartment was clean and just what we needed for the night. The owners were great and even left us some water and snacks for our arrival. Having the restaurant downstairs was also super convenient. I will say, it looks close to the stadium online, but you actually have to walk a little over a half an hour around Hershey Park to get there, so plan to uber or drive. Would stay here again.

You can walk to the park...if you wanted.

This place is exactly what the photos represented. It is very close to the park, on top of a restaurant that has great pizza. If you were so inclined you could walk to Hershey park if you wanted. The parking is a bit off-site...about a 5-minute walk, but the neighborhood is very new and nice.

Cute place to crash!

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay. The place was clean and comfy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great in our rooms for a restful night after all day at the park. We didn’t get to utilize the kitchen but the basics were all there. The wine and candy bars were a sweet welcome. Our only gripe would be the third floor walk up steep steps was painful (only because 20k+ steps at the park). Otherwise, we’d love to come back again!

My son and I stayed here over the weekend while visiting the town of Hershey. Besides having a bit of confusion upon arrival, we weren't sure where to go in at but figured it out easily after talking to staff at Fennici's, everything was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as expected from the online pictures and description. Located in a good neighborhood and within walking distance from plenty of resturants and the main Hershey attractions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect location

This is located right in the middle of town! We walked to the Giant center for a concert. It was a little over a mile paved walk. Had dinner across the street and walked to breakfast the next morning. The space was very clean and tidy. Stairs are narrow but we didn’t have any issues. Only note: Beds were not as comfortable as they could be. Parking is free in the lot that is not even two blocks away. We enjoyed ourselves and have already recommended it to friends who are heading to Hershey for a concert in April!

Fabulous Location

Fabulous location! On the main strip in Hershey! Restaurants are very close! Some things I would have liked to have known before I stayed there were: there is not an outlet in the bathroom so anything requiring an outlet and a mirror was difficult and the room with the queen size bed is on the way to the bunk bed room. I knew one room was on the way to the next, but not sure of the order! Nice common room with tv for hanging out! Wonderful weekend!
