☀️ This home has 3 bedrooms. On one end of the house, the master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the home are two more bedrooms and bathroom 2.

☀️ Bedroom 2: 1 full bed, office desk with chair and a closet.
☀️ Bedroom 3: 3 twin beds, a dresser and a closet. One of the beds is a trundle bed.

The driveway has an hourglass shape, with a width of 20'7" at its narrowest point and 31' wide at its widest, then extending to 41 feet in length. This unique design provides ample space to accommodate up to 2 vehicles, depending on their size, while maximizing the available area for parking.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $5 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
