Saddle Tree - Etowah River - Firepit - New Build

Saddle Tree is a secluded retreat nestled along Etowah River. Newly built, the quaint cabin has a gorgeous kitchen that opens up into the window lined living room space. Enjoy ample natural light and the sounds of the river, sure to soothe any leftover stressors from pre-vacation life!

Begin your trip enjoying all the outdoors has to offer. The banks of the Etowah River line the property. The yard has a swinging bench, where you can enjoy the view and sounds of the water, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and tell stories around.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room where you can sit back and stream your favorite shows or plan your adventures for the next day. Once you've worked up an appetite, you'll find the kitchen to well stocked with ample counter space to prepare your meals (or trail snacks).

Start your mornings right, meaning fully caffeinated, at the designated coffee counter complete with a drip pot, single serve machine, frother, and more!

The private king bedroom contains a washer and dryer for your convenience and the upstairs loft hosts 2 twin beds.

This is a shallow well so sometimes the first few gallons of water that are emitted can have a sulfur odor. If someone has stayed there recently there will not likely be any odor. If you experience this simply run the water for a bit and then close the taps. The smell should be gone after this.

Saddle Tree is located about 15 minutes from downtown Dahlonega where there is an abundances of things to do. To name a few, the Gold Museum, Consolidated Gold Mine mine tour and gem mining, antique shopping, and Dahlonega Walking Tours. Not to mention all the wonderful shops and restaurants around the square!

We provide guided check ins, recommendaions on local hikes and sightseeing, and staff on hand from 9am to 9pm to help you with your stay. Each of our cabins feature an “Experience the Mountains” manual with suggestions for hikes, sightseeing, and restaurants. Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them.

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

There are 2 cameras; one facing the driveway, and one facing the backyard which includes both doors and the swing.
