Bring the whole family to this clean, spacious, designer home that comfortably sleeps 10 guests with potential for 12 with a provided air mattress as needed. The location is hard to beat being minutes from the Douglas County Fairgrounds, Downtown Castle Rock, Castlewood Canyon, the Castle Rock hiking trail, grocery stores, local eateries, Philip S. Miller Park, Castle Rock incline, as well as the Castle Rock zip line and epic sky trek adventure tower. The property is easily accessed off Interstate 25 (I-25).
Embrace full vacation mode by starting your day on the covered patio with a cup of coffee and finishing your day watching your favorite movie on the plush and roomy couch by the gas fireplace. Cable TV(with movie channels included), Netflix, and Hulu provided on 5 TVs located throughout the house for your viewing pleasure. Save money and build connection by cooking a meal in the kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, coffee maker, and cookware. Enjoy drinks and friendly competition with the basement marble bar and pool table.
The large master suite boasts a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large sink, and vanity area to get ready at, king mattress, and large flat screen TV. While this property is 3 levels, guests with mobility concerns can comfortably access a main floor bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, and living room spaces.
We are prepared and eager for little ones to stay with us! This home is conveniently stocked with a toddler booster seat, a highchair, portable crib, bedside rail, step stools, a stroller, a baby gate, as well as age-appropriate bowls, plates, cups, and utensils for young eaters.
When you stay you and your crew will have full access to the house and fenced off backyard. 5 bedrooms with comfy Serta mattresses, 4 full bathrooms makes this a comfortable place for friends and family to spread out. Access to a 2-car garage and driveway available for those needing to park at the residence.
We know how important family animals are and value the experience of being able to travel with them. If you are looking to bring your well-behaved furry family member, please inquire to see if we are able to accommodate their presence.
Entry is easy and secure with a front door digital smart lock where you will be provided an entry code specific to each stay that will grant you private access to the home for the duration of your stay.

Guest access
We will send you detailed instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will have access to the entire home using your unique code given upon booking. The front door has a key pad.
Other things to note
-Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there are any maintenance issues that arise
-Please keep AC units at 72 degrees or above
-Please throw out all trash upon checkout, the bins are located in the garage there is one for trash and recycling
-If staying during trash pickup on Wednesdays please place trash cans out early Wednesday morning or Tuesday evening
-Upon check out please place all used towels in the laundry room basket provided
-The TV’s offer direct apps such as Netflix, Hulu and HBO Max guest are welcome to use their subscriptions,
just please don’t forget to log out.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door which is on and operating for security issues.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind in the house or around the property is permitted. There will be a $300 fine if smoking occurs during stay.
Please remove shoes on carpet areas around the house

We provide fresh linens, towels, a hair dryer any essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent etc.
