By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable
