Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in the heart of South Cleveland near the peaceful village of Maple Heights! This cozy home features a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Step inside to find a lovely living room with large windows for plenty of natural light. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, Smart TV, and ample closet space. The small open-concept kitchen features plenty of counter space, modern appliances, a dining area with a bistro high-top table, and all the necessities for cooking and food prep. There's a laundry room with free washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

This charming home boasts a spacious front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. The backyard offers a great space for outdoor entertaining, with a patio and plenty of room to play. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways, this home is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway.

You will have complete and private access to this entire home for your stay.

This is a quiet neighborhood, eclectic and diverse, some houses in the neighborhood are very well tended to while there are some that could use some TLC. While we don't control the neighborhood, we do take pride in our locations.

NOTICE: ALL STAYS AT THIS PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES

This property, located at 4816 East 173rd Street in Cleveland, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").

Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The maximum Property capacity of 4 is strictly enforced. If one or more unregistered Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, please request early check-in at the time of your booking to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can accommodate these requests.

Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.

Parking:
Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please do not park on the grass. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.

Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.

Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.

You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, but You are limited to a maximum of 2 during your Stay. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your Stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $75 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $150 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $40 Cleaning Fee if any such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.

Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please keep track of all keys, if any, and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the laundry room. Remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.

Worst experience ever

I was in town for my fathers very difficult surgery that requires extensive hospital stay. I requested that my reservation be moved from Tuesday to Tuesday to Monday to Monday. The host was able to accommodate however did not tell me there would be an additional 70 charge when I seen the charge, I questioned it, was told I added an additional night.which I did not. Simply changed the days but was still a week, not an extra day. Charged me without notification and refuse to refund it. I did get in late, could not get in the house. I called several times, and again it was late. They finally called back and said what is the issue the door code is xxxx. A complete different code than what was in the rental agreement. By this time it is one AM. I have to be at the hospital early. I requested a call to discuss the disgust I walked into. They did not call and when I called they would not answer. The cabinets are covered in grease. There was a dirty pull up in the bathroom trash. Ants in the bathroom. Floors had bot been swept. Given all the issues I let them know we would not be staying due to the condition of the home and would gladly pay for the 8 hours I was there. They refused and stated that the description of this house was accurate and I assure you it is not. In desperate need of upgrading ...and I really don't care about looks but being CLEAN is essential and it absolutely was NOT. I would not stay here if I was being paid to!!!! Description is a flat out lie!!!
