Local Taxes

Guest Registration

Be considerate of your neighbors at all times. Hosting parties, playing loud music, or causing disturbances is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Compliance with all local Dubai laws and regulations is mandatory throughout your entire stay.
Before arrival, guests will be provided with an assisted check in instructions (or self check in, if necessary).

Please be aware that any damages or violations to the property will result in charges, including but not limited to the following:

1. Lost/Damaged Metal Key = AED 100.00
2. Lost/Damaged Access Card = AED 500.00
3. Call-out Fee for Door Opening = AED 200.00
4. Smoking Inside the Property (Policy Violation) = AED 2000.00
5. Unauthorized late check out after 12:00 PM = AED 1000.00 (penalty fee and cleaning delay)
6. Irremovable Stains on white fabrics per piece (Towels = AED 50.00; Pillow Covers = AED 50.00; Sheets = AED 100)

Any breach of these policies will result in penalties being applied immediately. We expect full cooperation to maintain a respectful and compliant environment for all residents.
