Check-in and Check-out Timings

**If you book the property after 3:00 PM on the same day, please note that preparation time may take up to 3 hours to make the room and apartment ready for you, as we are not expecting late bookings. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
✓ Standard Check-out: On or before 11:00 AM.
✓ Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inquire in advance if needed.

Local Taxes
✓ A Tourism Dirham tax of AED 30 per night and a 5% Value Added Tax apply to this property.

Guest Registration
✓ Please submit copies of passports or Emirates IDs for all adult guests and visitors who will primarily check in at the property, at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Compliance with all local Dubai laws and regulations is mandatory throughout your entire stay.
Before arrival, guests will be provided with an assisted check in instructions (or self check in, if necessary).

Please be aware that any damages or violations to the property will result in charges, including but not limited to the following:

1. Lost/Damaged Metal Key = AED 100.00
2. Lost/Damaged Access Card = AED 500.00
3. Call-out Fee for Door Opening = AED 200.00
4. Smoking Inside the Property (Policy Violation) = AED 2000.00
5. Unauthorized late check out after 12:00 PM = AED 1000.00 (penalty fee and cleaning delay)
6. Irremovable Stains on white fabrics per piece (Towels = AED 50.00; Pillow Covers = AED 50.00; Sheets = AED 100)

Any breach of these policies will result in penalties being applied immediately. We expect full cooperation to maintain a respectful and compliant environment for all residents.
