Walk down the street and around the pond to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or walk a couple blocks to the south end of Main Street. Charming location with a private, in the woods feel. Featuring a private hot tub and heated private garage, a rare find in the neighborhood! Three bedrooms/3.5 baths, 4 decks, gas fireplace, and columbine pool/hot tub access across the street.

• Living room with ample seating and couch with a queen sleeper sofa

• Private hot tub located off the first floor back deck, accessed through the first floor bedroom, available year round
• Large deck off the living room
• Private deck with grill located off the dining area
• Small deck located off the master bedroom
• In-unit washer and dryer located on the first floor

• Each with ensuite bathroom
• Master bedroom with queen bed**, TV, dedicated workspace with desk and chair, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, small deck and ensuite bathroom
• Guest bedroom with queen bed**, TV, ensuite bathroom, located across the hall from master bedroom
• First floor bedroom with queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom, private deck with hot tub located off the bedroom

• Guest bedroom (next to master) will feature a queen over queen bunk bed
• The total occupancy for the unit will be 10 people.

Max Parking: 3 vehicles. Heated 1 car garage with parking for two cars in front.
This townhome has access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs, approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo. This facility is open seasonally, 12pm-8pm during the winter and 10am-8pm during the summer, and closes between seasons. Please note that there is no parking at the pool.
The clubhouse with pool and hot tubs are typically closed in the fall and spring.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend checking the CDC website regarding visiting high altitudes.***
> Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
