Currently in the early stages of a 400 unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the waterpark guest will also be able to use a 10,000 sq ft recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, golf simulator, arcade, bar, resturants, event room and game room.
