Check-In & Access
Check-In Form & ID – All guests must complete a check-in form and provide a copy of their ID. Without this, we cannot unlock the door.

Visitor Check-In Form & ID – Visitors must complete a check-in form and upload their ID before entering. Failure to comply results in a $35 convenience charge.

Check-In Time – Check-in is from 3 PM to 7 PM. Late check-ins require advance notice and incur a $30 fee.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Available upon request. The fee is $30 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour.

Airbnb Cover – Guests booking through Airbnb are covered by AirCover, so no extra insurance is required.

Biometric Door Code – Guests must register their biometrics upon check-in. Access is automatically deactivated at check-out.

Door Access – Your access begins on check-in day and ends at check-out time.

15-Day Advance Reservation – To extend your stay, book your next month 15 days in advance. A 15-day notice is required before check-out to keep your security deposit.

Guest & Visitor Guidelines
Guests – Individuals included in the reservation. A second guest may be added for $200 per month.

Visitors – Visitors must be accompanied by a guest at all times and complete a check-in form with ID.

Pre-Approval Required – All guests and visitors over 18 years old must receive approval before entry.

Overnight Visitors – Allowed for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. The fee is $35 per night per person. Failure to pay results in a $75 violation charge per night. Visitors must leave for at least 24 hours before returning.

Day Visitors – Permitted from 10 AM to 10 PM at no charge. Only one visitor at a time is allowed.

Additional House Rules
Mail & Packages – We do not accept mail or packages. Use Amazon Lockers or local post offices instead.

Quiet Hours – 10 PM on weekdays, midnight on weekends. Violations after a warning incur a $50 fine.

Valuable Artwork – Do not touch or damage artwork. Charges will be double the value of any damage.

Damages – Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite or common areas. Charges will be applied to the reservation.

Lost Keys – A replacement fee of $50 applies.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Items – Any lost or damaged items will result in additional charges.

Misuse of Appliances – Do not misuse appliances (e.g., placing grinders in toilets or dish soap in dishwashers). Guests will be charged for damages.

Host Visit Fee – If a host is required to visit due to disturbances, a $250 fee applies.

No Smoking – Smoking inside the suite incurs a $250 fine.

No Open Flames – Candles, incense, and other open flames are prohibited.

No Parties – Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of the reservation.

No Pets – Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fine.

No Illegal Activities – Any illegal activity will result in a $1000 fine and immediate termination of the reservation.

No Altercations – Violence or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Trash Disposal Policy
Guests must properly dispose of trash and submit proof of disposal weekly.

Failure to provide proof results in a $10 penalty per occurrence.

Trash must be placed in designated bins and set out on the curb on collection days.
