The Space:
The main common space is an open concept kitchen/dining/living room full of natural light with access to a private patio with a grill!

The owners were professional chefs and were generous to leave behind several high end kitchen appliances that you are welcome to use :)

This home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway including a Smart TV, cozy beds, beautiful decor, and Wifi throughout.

The main bedroom has a large king-size bed with tons of natural light coming in! The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and another queen sized sofabed in the main living room. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level next to the garage and has queen bed.

Guest Access:
You will have access to a gated driveway entrance with one parking spot. Street Parking is also readily available.

There is an upper entrance near the street and a lower entrance by the garage.

Getting Around:
This is a very walkable neighborhood and you will have access to one parking space in a secure, gated driveway if needed. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street.

Other Things to Note:
The property is located under the flight path for planes landing at the airport. While it's typically not disruptive for most guests, some noise from passing aircraft can be expected on a regular basis.

There are security cameras onsite but on the exterior of the home ONLY.

The top floor bedroom with the ocean views at the home is a loft style that is accessed by a staircase but does not have an actual door like the other bedrooms.

Also, this is an urban part of the city so it is common to see some homeless people as you are walking around.

Trash Collection Service: Our dedicated can-runner service partner handles trash management for your convenience. The service comes in before collection day: Wednesday, to ensure that bins are placed out on time.
