This home truly has room for your family or group to spread out and enjoy in 2,200 square feet of finished living space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances; including a gas stove top, gas oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig, crock pot, air fryer and more!
Dinning room includes large table with seating for 6, and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. Dishes are stocked and provided for you to cook a family meal.
The living room opens up with a large sectional and one chair where you can kick your feet up. A 55" smart TV with Roku that is WIFI ready, and allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming channels/apps. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use or work.
There is a Laundry room off the kitchen with standard size washer and dryer. Hanging rack for drying clothes as well is provided.
The garage of the home is locked off and guest access is not provided. There is no parking indoors for any kind of vehicles.
Basement is also locked off from guest access.
Back yard patio with propane grill, an outdoor dining table, lounge space and swing set.

NOTE- This home is for family vacations and small friend group get togethers and is in an exclusive neighborhood. It is not to be used as a party home. You must be 25 or older to rent this home. It is only through your responsible actions that we can continue to offer this private home as a rental. Please respect our home and take good care of it.
The first 50% of your reservation total will be charged at the time of booking.
The second 50% of your reservation will be charged sixty (60) days prior to your check in.
USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.
NO PARTIES
As it is clearly stated in your rental agreement, use of this home is to be for vacationing only. We do not allow rental of the home for parties, and we do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. Please be respectful of our neighbors while using the home by keeping your music and conversations at reasonable levels, especially later in the evening.
FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.
ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, kitchen, hand and dishwasher soap.
ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD's for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.
CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.
No Pets Policy:
We love pets, but to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our home for all guests, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Please note, additional charges will apply if this rule is broken. Thank you for understanding!

This is strictly a non-smoking building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and garage. Violators will be charged $1000 to the card on file for your stay.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.
EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.
IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In "All-Risk" Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
