The property features a large 450sqm space with 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suites and a large pool.

Located in the Heart of Seminyak's residential district, the villa is part of a safe and gated neighborhood with security guards at night.

You can expect regular housekeeping, scheduled towel & linen changes, Wi-Fi, bathroom and kitchen amenities, and living equipment.

This villa is also available in 3-bedrooms.
The space
The entire villa and pool will be private for you and your group.

The large bedrooms feature king-size beds and walk-in wardrobes. Each room has air conditioning and its own individual en-suite bathrooms, which are also equipped with essential amenities.

The guest bedroom does not include a walk-in wardrobe but still features a spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The Villa has a comfy and open living space with ceiling fans for you to enjoy home-cooked meals by the poolside using our fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access
The Villa has a large free private Parking area. Each villa's parking can comfortably fit a car and several motorbikes at once.

The security guards are on standby for any concerns and aid that you might need.

The villa's housekeeping and caretakers will come in daily 5 times a week. We also have a gardener and poolman that comes in 3 times a week. Our manager may also be present from time to time during cleaning hours to oversee the cleaning staff.
Other things to note
Please consider that we have a lot of garden space at the villa so you may encounter the occasional insects although all the bedrooms in the master bedrooms are indoor.

For monthly and long-term bookings, electricity is at your own charge.

Extra bed is available at Rp 250,000.- per night.

We also offer some baby-services such as pool fences, strollers, baby sitter recommendations, and more at an additional cost.

We can offer 1 baby crib + 1 high chair for free (subject to availability)
