The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

The apartment itself is on the second floor, quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet private courtyard, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location.

It offers 50 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and entrance hall.

Other amenities include, lift, superfast fibre WIFI access, an impressive 50" Smart TV where to connect to your favourite online entertainment platforms, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. fire alarm, live in porter, entry phone and CCTV for added security.

Our apartment is located on the vibrant Queensway neighbourhood, only metres away from two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and District-Circle Lines of the London Underground system, as well as many bus lines granting access to Piccadilly Circus in under 20 minutes.

With an abundance of amenities literally on the doorstep your will be spoiled for choice.

Restaurants of over 30 nationalities offering the best international cuisine, trendy shops, gyms with daily and weekly membership, chemist, three groceries on our very street ( open until 23:00 even on Sunday ) and to top it all, worldwide known and beautiful Hyde Park is only at the end of the street!

Renowned sights such as the "Victoria and Albert Museum" or the "Natural History Museum", as well as the "Royal Albert Hall" can be reached after a short and pleasant stroll/walk through the relaxing settings of Hyde Park, literally down the street.

Sehr angenemher Aufenthalt in London
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Hyde Park. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt vor der Türe sind reichlich Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Kurzum können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay
We've had a great time staying in this apartment. It is ideally located, close to two tube stations, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and, traveling with a baby, we did not miss a thing (except the baby bed, which we brought ourselves and which wasn't a problem for us). Rafael was very helpful, sending lots of information beforehand and quick in responding to any emails before our stay. All went very smoothly and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely PERFECT!!!
We've been here for 4 days with 3 persons (two adults, one children). This apartement is absolutely perfect: Clean, nice, comfortable and very well equiped! The location is perfect: you have "urban life" in front of the door (2 underground stations very close to it, many supermarkets, restaurants, a starbucks (which I personally loved the most) next to the door, but at the same time the Kensington Gardens a few minutes to walk, where you can enjoy nature (and lots of squirrels which you even can hand-feed). Rafael is very kind and helpfull and the communication was always easy and quick. We absolutely recommend this place - and we surely will come back again!!! Thank you Rafael (and Dolly of course!)

Perfect location for London stay
Great 1 bedroom apartment perfectly located less than 3 minutes walk from both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Lots of dining and supermarket options close by and Hyde Park close by too. Great compact kitchen with washing machine made things really practical. Good speed wi-fi was very welcomed. Rafael was great with communications and very flexible. Loved it.

Cozy spot with a fantastic location!
We just completed 9 nights at this location in the Bayswater/Notting Hill area, and had a terrific experience. The place is as advertised. It’s not huge, but it’s certainly large enough for our purposes. The building also has an elevator, which was a big help! The biggest pro is the location, it’s so close to 2 Tube stations, so you can easily get just about anywhere in London. Lastly, the communication with the host- absolute perfection- he checked in prior to the stay, during the stay, prior to checkout, and again afterwards. Love the communication! The only “con” is not really a knock on the space- we visited during a record-setting heat wave. Most apartments in the London area do not have A/C (and neither does this one). Even with the fans provided, we found it to be quite warm, but it was a record-setting heat wave, so it was warm everywhere we went. When we re-visit London, we won’t hesitate to stay here (though we might pick a date a few weeks later to ensure more autumnal temperatures)!

Great First Experience Booking with Vrbo
I had an amazing experience in booking this Vrbo and in working with Rafael, the property manager. He really made this a very easy experience for me. From the minute I booked, he was in communication with me to see what my travel purpose and needs were and to be of the utmost assistance for me. Rafael is a person of his word and follows up with you when he says he will. He accommodated my early arrival to London and let me check in early. He provided me with amazing and specific instructions for how I could find my way from Heathrow to the apartment using the Underground. I had been nervous about using the Underground in the days leading up to my visit, but I needn't have feared; his instructions were on point. He gave great suggestions for places to eat and shop at nearby (most of which I used!) and checked on me via e-mail every now and then to make sure I had no additional needs during my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dolly! Dolly was there to greet me on my first day and she walked me through the place to help me get familiar with the amenities and where everything was. The apartment was also in a great, safe location. Off of a main thoroughfare, close to a number of Underground stations. It was super clean and had practically everything I could have needed on this trip. I literally could not have had a better first-time experience with Vrbo than this. Would welcome the opportunity to book the same place and work with both Rafael and Dolly again.

Fantastic flat!
Excellent location for easy access to all that London has to offer. The very clean flat is located between Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and either are a two minute walk. Bayswater is one stop from Paddington Station which has direct lines to Heathrow airport. There are many varied restaurants and pubs plus grocery and other shopping within 5-15 mins walk. The flat had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay for two who like to have some meals in. It can be a bit noisy but nothing unexpected for a metropolis. Hyde Park is at the corner for lots of peaceful walks. Owner is very attentive. Highly recommend this flat.

Lovely One Bedroom in the Heart of the Action!
We loved our stay at this spacious and quiet apartment right in the action! Starbucks right downstairs. Half a block walk to Bayswater tube station to your left and less than that to Queensway station to your right. Awesome restaurants and two pubs starting from right outside the door; don’t miss the Four Seasons Chinese and the Gyros (actually Shawarma) from the little pocket stand to your right. Great food everywhere! Lots of souvenir shops right outside the door, too, with all the standard items. Also a half block away is the famous Hyde Park - an easy walk to the Diana Memorial and Kensington Palace (a must visit for afternoon Royal Tea!). Our time inside featured plenty of hot water for showers and baths (bathtub was a big plus!), fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four (only two of us but still…), and comfy sofa in living room with large tv. We had everything we needed and more. The best part of this apartment is the Owner - he personally welcomed us at check-in and made sure he addressed all of our needs. He was readily available when we needed a dining recommendation, too! Our week in London was a great experience and a big part of its greatness was this flat and Rafael himself. We will be back!

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient
This was a wonderful flat to have as home base for 10 days. The flat was clean and well-appointed, in a safe building in a safe part of town. Early check-in was a snap. The neighborhood had all of the stores and restaurants you could ever want nearby. The owner of the flat was excellent at communicating and providing recommendations before, during, and at the end of the trip, which was very reassuring. We never had any issues, so we never had to reach out in a hurry, but I have no doubt that Rafael would have helped out quickly. The 2 of us really enjoyed the ease of getting anywhere quickly - the Queensway station on the Central line made getting into the Financial District very fast, but the station had an odd layout with either a slow lift or ~120 steps. The Bayswater station was even closer, and much more friendly with the platforms less than 30 seconds from the entry gate, and a great variety of stops on the Circle line. We didn't use the buses near the flat (because we never had to). Hyde Park was a great place to unwind, being within a 5 minute walk. Overall, this property is a great place for an active couple to stay while visiting London. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, great apartment!
Dolly checked us in this very nice property close to 2 underground locations that will get you all around London. The apartment is smaller than I thought it would be, but it was perfect for us. Small but efficient kitchen with pots, pans, microwave, fridge and an nespresso machine we used every day. There is a store (Tesco) across the street where we got replacement coffee pods and assorted groceries we needed for the week. Nice comfortable living room and the bed was so comfortable, I think it may have a foam mattress. We slept very sound. The bathroom was efficient for us and we got hot water RIGHT NOW! I didn’t have to wait. Our host had fans for us. A tower fan for the bedroom, and another one in the living room. It was initially cool there, but warmed up through the week enough that we had to use them. It’s very quiet and secure there. It’s a pretty older building, perhaps Edwardian, and very well kept. A Starbucks is part of the building so if you need one, there you go! There are assorted restaurants on this street, but they were not very good. For Indian, go around the corner to Kahn’s. It was delicious. The underground was so convenient and there is always staff to lend a hand or answer questions about the line and tickets. Watch your purses, wallets and phones on the tube. We had to walk away from some gypsies who were sizing us up. I was happy I bought tickets for EVERY attraction online! There were lines everywhere and we got right in. Be smart and do that. All attractions you plan to see have them online and it saves time standing in lines. There is a bank right on the street where we could draw pounds off for the day. Be heads up who’s around you when doing so. When you arrive at the airport, take an UBER. The pickup spot is in the car park, not out in front. We had great experiences with them. They were not that expensive and we had luggage, so it was easier. The tube is very narrow. Unless you just have a backpack, don’t even try taking suitcases on them. And, lots of steps! Right around the corner is Kensington Palace. It’s a great park for strolling through. The pubs are great in London and there on every corner. If we come back, we would happily stay here at this property again. We had a great time there! Our kind host had thought of everything!

Bayswater flat steps from Kensington Gardens & underground
This one-bedroom packs comfort and convenience into a petite space -- while just off the lively multicultural street scene, the flat looks over a quiet court only used for parking. We were there during a heat wave (102 F!) and the open windows didn't transmit much city noise at all. The provided fans were life-savers! The galley kitchen has modern appliances, including a washer/dryer that was convenient. We didn't do anything more ambitious than toast and eggs and takeout pizza. The property is steps from Queensway and Bayswater underground stations, with easy access to all of central London. The summer crowds were thronging the area late into the evening, lining up for gelato and sitting outside at the restaurants. For stocking the fridge or just picking up fruit and snacks, there are many nearby shops ranging from regular grocery stores to tiny ethnic specialty markets--some open late. We caffeinated with the Starbucks on the ground floor. The small restaurants and takeaways represent all kinds of cuisines -- Middle-Eastern bakeries and kebab places, Indian, Italian, Chinese, Moroccan, etc. Kensington Gardens is less than a block away, Hyde Park just a little further. You can head across the park to trendy South Kensington and beyond. Paddington Station is only one stop away. The double/queen bed was comfortable (I think it is a memory foam type mattress) and there was plenty of space in a modern Ikea-style storage wall unit for our clothes. There are blackout curtains. The towels were fluffy, clean, and plentiful. We never had a chance to turn them on, but there are two flat screen tvs -- one in the bedroom. The living area has a very generous and comfortable couch. The wi-fi worked once we were able to get on after a few false starts. The only weak spot is the bathroom: it's difficult to stand under the water stream from the shower head -- it is just inches from the wall. It is removable if you want to hold it over your head. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it gets very steamy and the door must be propped open for airing out. The shower/bath is not fully enclosed, so I imagine it's rather cold in cooler weather. On the whole, only a minor inconvenience. Overall, this worked very well for us as we visited family in South Kensington and touristed both in central London and by day trip.
