The Space:
ENTRY
You’ll have access to 1 designated parking spot for your convenience. Enter your second-floor unit (#15) via one flight of stairs, using a secure lock code. Please help maintain a peaceful environment by being considerate of neighbors and other guests.

This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with:
- 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed.

THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BOUTIQUE MOTEL THAT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED :)
1) If you are under 25 years old a $350 refundable security deposit is due at check-in providing no damages are found in the unit.
2)Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, a full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of R&R Beach Club based on the recovery of lost rent through re-booking, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you made your reservation on an OTA, Airbnb/VRBO the policy stated on those sites supersedes this policy, outside of the $50 cancellation fee which is still applicable.
3)Well-behaved dogs are welcome at our designated "dog-friendly" properties with a non-refundable pet fee of $35 per night. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted. Suppose evidence of an undisclosed pet is found during or after the stay. In that case, a minimum fee of $500 will be charged to cover ionization, carpet cleaning, and any additional services required to restore the property to its original condition. Guests are also fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Dogs must be kept in a cage or kennel when left unattended. Additionally, pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, and towels, blankets, or sheets provided by the property should not be used for pets. Evidence of pets on beds, blankets, or furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee.
4) We require a rental agreement to be signed before check-in can be granted. All policies outlined in the agreement must be followed. Please ensure you review and acknowledge the terms before your stay.
5) The space cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, only 2 motorcycles per spot, and no trailers. We should also mention we cannot offer additional parking passes. Violators will be No off-street parking unless permitted by the city, or in neighbors' driveways, swells or lawns is permitted. See arrival instructions for your property parking guidelines. Agent is not responsible for the payment of any tickets, or fines received by the guests for parking illegally.
6) None of our properties allow smoking. Violators are subject to immediate eviction, forfeiture of all monies, and additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 which could be substantially higher. When allowed, smoke outside, away from the premises, or in designated areas. Dispose of your smoking remnants responsibly. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge, applied to the card on file or through the OTA reserved.
7) Please list all occupants who will be staying at the Property during your dates of stay. The number of occupants shall not exceed the capacity of the house listed on the first page of this Agreement, and the Property may only be occupied by the persons listed below. The renter is required to limit occupancy of each bedroom to the posted limit on the website and confirmation. Any party exceeding maximum occupancy inside or outside will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Renters not staying at the home are included in occupancy limits.
8) Children under the age of 12 should not be left on the Property without an adult. The number of persons considered to be in occupancy includes all adults and children under age 18 but excludes children under 18 months.
