You have full and total access of the home, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

As noted, the main floor is occupied with other guests, but is separated from the basement itself for full privacy and safety.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but since we do not live on site, we may not be immediately aware of any issues. If you notice anything missing, broken, or in need of repair, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly and make things right!

For urgent matters like leaks, power outages, or anything that impacts your immediate safety or comfort, please contact us immediately via phone or messaging, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $30 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we'll notify you.

✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.

✦MAIL & PARCELS✦
We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf.

✦PROFILE VERIFICATION✦
A $500 security deposit MAY be required for guests with new profiles, no reviews or reviews that raise concerns, before a booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are shared. These profiles will be manually reviewed and subject to further screening and questioning. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the reservation, assuming there are no missing items or damages to the property.

We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP if it is an urgent matter, but there is no on site staff 24/7.
‣ QUIET HOURS
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as there are neighbours to respect. We ask for your respect and cooperation. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property.

‣ NO PETS
Pets are not permitted in the home. A $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property.

‣ PHONE VERIFICATION:
Your Airbnb profile must have a verified direct phone number. We will verify this before confirming your reservation. If we cannot reach you via the listed number, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

-This is a NON-PARTY home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

‣ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS:
Smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping) and drug use are strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside the home.

-Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.

‣ OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
The maximum number of guests is 5. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night.

‣ CLEANING FEES:
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. Please follow the check-out procedures to avoid extra charges.

‣ LATE CHECK-OUTS:
A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Please note that this fee does not extend your stay if another booking is scheduled. If you remain beyond 2 hours, we may need to involve our security team.

Me and two other friends stayed here and it was honestly a great experience. Super cute place and very clean. Good area close to a lot of malls and the property was set up with everything you could need. The communication with the property owners was very easy as well. The only issue was we wished there was another mirror in one of the rooms it made it a little hard to get ready. But other than that it was a good weekend!
