Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Peaks & Pines is that rare kind of cabin that feels like comin’ home — even if it’s your first time here. She’s a true log cabin (not the kind that just looks like one) with all the charm you’d expect and the comforts you didn’t even know you needed.
What makes us special?
Let’s start with four king bedrooms, each one with its own private en suite bathroom — no sharing, no fuss, just comfort and space for everyone. And with two extra half baths, nobody’s ever waitin’ in line.
The open living area is perfect for gathering ‘round, with a big stone fireplace, comfy seating, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for pancake breakfasts, big family suppers, and memories made around the table.
Out on the wraparound porch, you’ll find a swing perfectly placed for watchin’ the sunrise with a mug from our stocked coffee bar. As the mountains start to wake up and the birds start singin’, the sky puts on a show that’s good for the soul — the kind of peaceful that lingers long after your cup’s empty.
Step inside and stay awhile…
•Two real gas fireplaces — the warm and toasty kind, not the pretend electric ones
•A theater room with bar seating for movie nights or game-day lounging
•Pool table for a little friendly competition

•Fire pit area with Adirondack chairs — perfect for s’mores and stories

•Parking for multiple vehicles — no tight squeezes here
•Access to the community pool in the summer — just right for coolin’ off

Other Things to Note
A Few Friendly Notes to Help Y’all Settle In Smoothly
We want your stay to be as relaxing and memorable as possible, so here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:
Easy Access, No Steep Climbs-
Our cabin sits in a peaceful spot with no steep inclines to reach it. There are a few curves along the way (this is the Smokies, after all!), but it’s an easy drive. During winter weather, we do recommend 4-wheel drive just to be safe. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for travel delays or weather conditions—so pack accordingly and travel smart.
Hot Tub Use-
Enjoy the hot tub, y’all—but please do so at your own risk.
Outdoor Fire Pit Use-
We love a good marshmallow roast, but please note: the fire pit may be unavailable during county-issued burn bans. We’ll follow any local regulations, and once the ban is lifted, you’re welcome to enjoy it again.
No Pets, Please-
We love our furry friends, but our cabin is strictly pet-free—this includes emotional support animals. A $500 fee will apply if a pet is brought into the home.
Starter Supplies Provided-
We’ve stocked the cabin with a few essentials to get you going:
Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, a laundry pod, two rolls of paper towels, dish soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom.
If you're planning a longer stay, you might want to bring along some extras!
Bring Your Firewood & Charcoal-
Firewood and charcoal aren't provided, but you’ll find them for sale nearby. We recommend bringing along a few fire starter logs—they make things much easier for those cozy evenings by the fire.
Parking Info-
There’s room for 4 large vehicles or up to 6 smaller ones. No street parking is allowed in our community.
No Smoking or Vaping-
We kindly ask that all guests refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere inside the cabin.
No Parties or Events-
We hope y’all have fun—but this cabin is made for sweet memories, not big gatherings. No parties, events, or large get-togethers, please.
Community Pool Access-
The seasonal outdoor pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM and is managed by the Smoky Cove Resort. While we’re thrilled to offer access, please note we aren't responsible for pool maintenance or unexpected closures.
Heads-Up on Construction-
Peaks & Pines is located in a growing area, so you might hear some daytime construction nearby. It’s nothing major, but we like to keep our guests in the loop.
Critters in the Country-
We have regular pest control service, but this is still the mountains! You may spot the occasional bug or critter—part of the charm of staying in nature.
