FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and wash cloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.
3. What does the kitchen include? – The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, various pots and pans, wine glasses and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you provide any baby items? – We provide a pack-n-play bed in one of the bedroom closets. We also provide a high chair for the dining table.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a charcoal grill in the front.
6. Do you provide firewood? – No need, the fireplace is electric.
7. Do you allow pets? – Yes. Dogs 25lb and under only!
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
9. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
10. How is the drive up to the cabin? Super simple, easy to drive and safe road to get to the cabin!
11. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
12 How many cars can park? – Parking will be allowed in the driveway up to 3-4 cars. Street parking is not allowed. There is an overflow parking area across the street.
13. Is this cabin secluded? – This cabin is in the Fiddlers Creek Resort. Like most homes in the resort, it has neighbors.
14. What TV package / channels do you provide? – All TV's are smart TV's and can be used to access your favorite channels. Netflix etc
15. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi.
16. When will I get the address and access information to the Cabin? - We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
17. Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs? We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaners need the time in between bookings to get the cabin thoroughly cleaned.
18. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
19. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - Most problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file.

The cabin is situated in the heart of the mountains and nature is right at your footstep. Please caution for wildlife or any unwanted insect/creature you might come in contact with. A refund cannot be given, but we will do our best to address any issue you may have.
