Sunnybrook Cottage is one of the original Whiteface Club & Resort Cottages that has been meticulously renovated to give guests the ultimate Adirondack experience in a combined elegant and rustic style that overlooks the mountains and shimmering waters of Lake Placid!

This lovely home sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms (with ac units), 2 bathrooms and an inviting open floor plan with lots of comfy seating in the living room in front of an inviting fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a center island and lots of space to prepare meals for dining at home and the dining room with a kings table is surrounded by windows, allowing for a great dining experience with views!
Step outside to start and end your days in an enchanting setting on the spacious covered porch to experience ultimate relaxation while listening to the soothing sounds of a babbling brook running alongside the home, breathing in the fresh Adirondack air and gazing at gorgeous lake and mountain views!

Guests at Sunnybrook Cottage will enjoy full access to Whiteface Club and Resort amenities including restaurants, six complimentary beach passes, (seasonal) along with golf, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding and cross country skiing (for an additional fee). You will be based within the private Resort just a very short walking distance from the front door through beautifully landscaped grounds to reach amenities. You will also be only a few minutes drive away from the center of the Olympic Village with year-round activities, sporting options and entertainment! Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
