Whether you're looking to relax by the water or explore the island's fun attractions, this home puts you right in the heart of it all. Perfect for easygoing island living with all the conveniences of the local scene just steps away.
When you enter our home you are greeted by the open concept Kitchen and Living room which features a couch and 2 dining tables for 4 . All of this plus a rooftop view of the beach and city life that makes this home perfect for your family vacation. Step into our kitchen which boasts stainless steel high end appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. From the living and dining area step out onto the rooftop patio in the evening to grill on the BBQ or enjoy the fire pit while relaxing on the plush seating couch.The best part of this home is that every Bedroom has an attached Bathroom.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
Bedroom 1 - Primary Suite: King bed w/ en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The half bathroom is located in the living room.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The rooftop deck is outfitted with everything you'll need to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather! Barbecue locally inspired meals on the gas grill. Plush seating around the gas fire-pit allows space for quality time on peaceful nights.
HOME LOCATION
Located on 30th St, You will never need to walk more than 2 minutes to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddle-board you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
- Parking notes: You will find assigned parking for 2 cars in a 2 car garage. Please do not park in Carports next to home. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
