Dieses Haus ist wirklich 8 Minuten, um überall, die Innenstadt oder die Hamilton Place Bereich. Lookout Mountain ist 15 Autominuten und Signal 20 Minuten entfernt. Ich bin auf der rechten Seite von Chattanooga für die Flüsse Ocoee und Hiwasee. Bei Regen sind Sie etwa 4 Minuten von einem großartigen Kino entfernt und das Haus verfügt über Kabel und WLAN. Es gibt auch Wäschemöglichkeiten. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Dieses Haus ist NICHT für Partys verfügbar. Dieses Haus hat eine resident Katze. Rose ist ein Indoor-Outdoor-geselliges Mädchen, die neugierig sein wird. Sie ist autark, aber sie wird in der Nähe sein und sie schläft nachts darin. Wenn Sie dieses Haus nicht eine Katze Person sind, ist nicht für Sie. Dieses Haus ist sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Kunst an den Wänden ist ein Original und aus der ganzen Welt zu finden. Cozy and convenient

Wonderful stay

My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. The host Jennifer was easy to get in contact with. My daughter and I totally loved the decor in the home. We also, enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking tea and enjoying the beautiful view.

All the comforts of home

The home is better than described. It provided with everything you need to cook at home if you like and close to everything else. I had friends and family in and out on my stay and even extended my number of days. I’m so grateful for the extra time.

Clean, hip and close to everything!

We loved the decor and the setup of this house. The beds were very comfortable. Jennifer is so kind in her set up in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast at home before venturing out. We would definitely stay here again.

Quite and Comfy

This house is charming. We found the process of rental and check in easy. It is close to everything. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house was clean and appeared well cared for. I would recommend this home.

Great Place To Spend Christmas!

Our 1st visit to Chattanooga to visit our son who moved there in August. We felt like we were home for the holidays. The kitchen was great since we have lots of traditions around food! Thanks Jennifer for opening up your home to us over Christmas!

Jennifer's property was vintage, charming, and so comfortable! My husband and friends all slept wonderful in the cozy beds, much better than most hotels we've stayed in! Entire experience was seamless and easy, thank you, Jennifer for the wonderful weekend!!

We loved this home and neighborhood! The description given was very accurate.

Fantastic place for us to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Loved the Christmas decorations. Very convenient to downtown Chattanooga, hiking, Signal and Lookout Mountains, and other activities. Just a very comfortable home to hang out and enjoy friends and family. And of course Rose the cat was great!

Great long term stay for me and my dog

We stayed for two months. The house was very comfortable with a wonderful back deck for enjoying the morning and evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty, so many houses have beautiful yards. The neighbors were all very friendly, we even went to a neighborhood cookout! The house was stalked with everything we needed and it was clean and easy to use and get to. Centrally located on the hill which was convenient for going almost any direction. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Super cozy home with sweetest cat!

House was perfect and so cozy! Rose is so sweet and friendly! Great location to get to everywhere we wanted/needed to go, quickly and easily. More than enough space for 2 couples, great outdoor space that we would have loved to utilize if it hadn’t been so cold. Thanks for a great stay!

Exceeds expectations

This is just a charming place with the sweetest cat included. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. The back deck is gorgeous for just relaxing after a full day. Everything you need is here. I highly recommend & will hopefully be returning for another visit.

Wonderful home in great neighborhood

The house is very charming and well kept. The back deck is surrounded by trees and makes you feel like you're in a tree house. We loved hearing all the birds and catching all the breezes. The neighborhood feels like you're away from all the hustle and bustle, but with I-24 just a hop away, it's a pretty short trip to just about anything you want to see. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit!

Great views and convienent

My husband, mother and I were sightseeing for a few days. This home was perfect to get places and has beautiful views of the city. I can not say enough about our hostess, Rose. She was friendly and playful with us. As a cat person it helped with how much I miss mine when I travel.

An artful surprise! Some of her unique pieces and their placement inspired me to rearrange my own pieces. The home was comfortably furnished and the porches invited us to lounge around for that second cup of coffee…a treat for us.

Comfortable and Cozy

This is a vintage home that has been lovingly updated. The kitchen even has a chef-level Viking gas range - not that I cooked! - but there is ample counter space and utensils for anyone who wants to. Comfy living room and den. One bedroom is downstairs and has access to hall bath; upstairs king bedroom has private bath. All the rooms are large and the furniture and décor are lovely. However, we were a bit over eight minutes from everything, but we were not familiar with Chattanooga. Enjoyed Rock City, the Aquarium and a cruise on the riverboat. Last, but not least, little Rose is affectionate and quiet, very adorable. Thanks, Jennifer, for a lovely stay.

Cozy and convenient but needs a deep cleaning

The place was very conveniently located and decorated beautifully even for the Halloween season. We enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. The owner communicated well until I let her know that my husband and I were having a hard time getting on to the Wi-Fi. I have to be honest and say that the place really needs a deep clean and it wasn’t a great impression when we first walked in and found three dead cockroaches. I understand it’s the south but not a great feeling. It was also unappetizing that there was water left in the Keurig and a used pod. There was no aerator on the kitchen sink so water splashed all over the place. The last issue was that I spent over an hour vacuuming spider webs and cob webs. We’re all about leaving a place better than we found it but that was a bit much. After that we felt better about relaxing and not have something crawl on us.

Conveniently located near interstate for quick travel to all tourist spots and restaurants. Great home with plenty of room for 4 adults. Nice deck for grilling and entertaining. Neighborhood felt safe. Perfect place to relax.

Nice house, great location

Perfect for our needs. Comfortable, well-stocked, and the deck feels like is a mini-vacation with its overlook onto a thick green wall of trees Quiet and friendly neighborhood (several neighbors introduced themselves and befriended us during our two week stay). Host was delightful and responsive.

I am a twenty year health care provider in Chattanooga TN. I l love Chattanooga. It has always been beautiful with so many green spaces, rivers, hiking, biking, etc opportunities. Now the Urban life has caught up. We now have many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a thriving art scene. People here are friendly and you can still park, walk, and bring a family to Chattanooga and have a great vacation. I love travel and I am loving hosting people in my own home.
