Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, this residence feels peaceful and secluded on a serene cul-de-sac near the prestigious Hills neighborhood. Beaches are just 25 minutes away. Downtown Ft. Lauderdale and Downtown Boca Raton are about 30 minutes away. You are walking-distance to downtown Coral Springs, including restaurants, shopping, synagogues and churches. The hospital and medical community are just five minutes away, and you’re a short drive to casinos, Sawgrass Mills Mall and Amerant Arena for concerts and sports events. This is simply the most convenient location for everything you want to do during your stay, with easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway.
Experience your own slice of paradise in this bright and cheerful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home, featuring a large, heated, salt-water chlorinated sparkling pool with a child safety fence, surrounded by lush colorful mature landscaping in our very private and quiet backyard garden.

Walk in and you will be immediately captivated by the view of the beautiful backyard. You’ll be impressed by the long natural stone accent wall that leads to the open, chef’s delight kitchen – complete with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, plus a Nespresso machine with milk frother. The large dining room and kitchen island are ideal spots to gather, socialize and enjoy delicious meals together.
As you step into the large and inviting living room you’ll be drawn to the large comfy sectional sofa that automatically reclines with the touch of a button, the perfect place to watch your favorite movies and shows on the 70-inch smart TV. Yes, that is a foosball table between the living room and sitting room for you and your guests to compete for foosball superiority. The sitting room features another magnificent view of the backyard garden, which you can enjoy while sitting on the luxurious convertible sofa.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The generous primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and 43-inch television, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds, dressers and each include 43-inch smart televisions and large closets. These two bedrooms share the large hall cabana bathroom. The second bedroom also has a remote desk workstation. Gel memory-foam Novaform Comfort Grande 14-inch mattresses are featured on each of the three beds. There is also a queen-size bed tucked inside the convertible couch in the sitting room for extra sleeping accommodations.
Our home is comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone.
The spacious outside covered patio has a 58-inch TV, outdoor couches and a dining table and kitchenside counter to gather and enjoy each other’s company.
Other features include a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of 1,000 Mbps, dramatic outdoor lighting and a circular driveway with enough parking spaces for six vehicles. This is lovingly cared-for home.

The City of Coral Springs requires all short-term rentals within the City have a Sound Level Monitor that will alert you and the host when noise from this home exceeds 50 decibels at any time of day or night. This home meets this requirement. The Sound Level Monitor only monitors decibel levels of sounds. This home also meets the City’s requirements for emergency indoor and outdoor lighting and exit signage and has a smoke alarm for visually and/or hearing-impaired guests.
It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence or any other short-term rental within the City of Coral Springs.
This home has four security cameras. All cameras are located on the exterior of the home and all face toward the side yards, driveway and front door. There are no cameras working in the backyard or facing the pool.
❧ Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 25 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets.
