Welcome to The Oasis! Offering a bright spacious interior with a thoughtful layout for large group stays. Relax as you take in the beautiful backyard. Venture out and about the Lakes Region with ease. The Oasis is located minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Mountain Resort, Ellacoya State Park, and local restaurants. Explore nearby vacation destinations of Alton Bay, downtown Wolfboro, Weirs Beach, and Mills Falls Meredith. NH White Mountains within an hour drive.
The Oasis is a two story private residence located in a tranquil neighborhood. This amazing home sits back from the road on a wooded lot for added privacy. The long driveway offers ample dedicated parking for small or large vehicles (8 max), along with any trailers.
The main level offers a grand entry, fully equipped kitchen w/ pantry, breakfast bar (seating 3), breakfast nook (seating 6), family room, formal dining room (seating for 12), half bath, living room w/ gas fireplace, bunk room (sleeps 6), and ensuite king bedroom with pull out twin couch.
The walkout ground level offers a split bedroom floor plan, offering an additional layer of privacy. A king room occupies one end of the floor. This spacious room also has a pull out sofa bed that will sleep two comfortably. Located on the other end of this floor is a spacious double Queen bedroom ( two Queens), and a Queen with twin pullout sofa. Two full bathrooms are located on each wing. A well planned game room compliments this floor with billiard table, foosball table, shuffle board, arcade games, and a full bar. The massive stone fireplace sets the stage for brisk nights and cozy winter stays. A private office meets the needs of any work demands.
The Oasis offers a picturesque outdoor space to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. BBQ with the convenience of a Weber grill with propane gas hookup! Newly constructed covered bar offers shaded seating to soak in the gardens. Large patio surrounds the private pool. (Pool available May 23, 2025- September 30, 2025) Private hot tub (6 person) enhances this spa like space. Green space allows plenty of room for lawn games. Large deck offers plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The large private driveway is perfect for bicycles, skateboards, or scooters. This space is so amazing you may not want to leave!

We are child friendly and have added extra amenities for our youngest guests. The Oasis has tamper proof electrical outlets. The walkout ground level has alarms on all window screens. Safety gates are located at the top and bottom of the staircase. For added comfort, there is two full size cribs, two high chairs, and child-friendly dinnerware.
Pool can be heated for an additional $700 a week or $350 for weekends. Requires 48-hr notice. Pool temperature heated to 80 degrees, but may fluctuate some during the stay.
Please Note for safety of all guests:
Upper Bunk Beds have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. intended for Children only! Please practice safety measures when using Bunk Beds.
Pool, patio, and deck area in backyard are not available during winter season.
Large Fire pit located in backyard deck not useable per orders of local fire department. Guests will be subject to fines if violated. Solo Stove available Spring, Summer, Fall for guest use.

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
-Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Property are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to dispose of such items.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract may be required to be completed and returned to On Point Property Solutions LLC.

This Agreement is between you and On Point Property Solutions LLC, acting for itself and for the Owner.
2. Good Neighbor:
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR!
MINIMUM AGE: Renters must be 25 years of age to rent this home, and all other guests must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent.
NOISE: Unreasonable noise is never permitted in residential areas. Quiet hours are 10 pm, and before 8 am. Any noise that can be heard from more than 50 feet away is considered unreasonable. Noise should not be audible outside of home during quiet hours.
PARKING: The number of parking spaces is limited to those designated for your specific vacation home. Cars must be parked in the driveway or the garage. Detached garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is never allowed. Maximum number of 8 vehicles allowed at the property.
OCCUPANCY: Cannot exceed the maximum number allowed at ANY TIME. Maximum number of occupants is 18 per town ordinance.
EVENTS: No weddings, gatherings, parties or other events are allowed at vacation home rental at ANY TIME.
CAMPING: No camping is allowed.
FIREWORKS: Fireworks are never permitted at the vacation home rental.
SWIMMING POOL and HOT TUB: Must not violate the quiet hours set by the town (10-P.M.-8A.M.).

3. Fire pit: This property has a seasonal fire permit. All fires must be reasonable and contained. Please locate outdoor hose for safety prior to starting any fires. Do not leave fire unattended. Please be sure the fire is completely extinguished. Firewood is provided upon request. Burn only campfire wood. The fire pit in the deck area is NOT for use per local fire department.
4. Pets: Pets are not allowed. See Animal Policy below for more information.
RECREATIONAL AMENITY LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER
This Recreational Amenities Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) is executed for (the “Owner”) and for On Point Property Solutions LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, and is hereby incorporated, as Unit-Specific Terms, into the Vacation Rental Agreement between On Point Property Solutions LLC and Renter (as defined in the Vacation Rental Agreement) for rental of the Property.
1. BACKGROUND.
Owner is party to a certain Vacation Rental Solutions Agreement, under which, On Point Property Solutions LLC provides Vacation Rental Solutions services for the rental property specified in a confirmed reservation (the “Property”). Renter agrees to inform all other guests and persons accessing the Property (collectively, “Occupants”) of the terms of this Waiver, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Waiver terms and take all necessary preventative measures to avoid the risk of loss or injury.
The Property may allow guest access to or use of the following recreational amenities (the “Recreational Amenities”): a swimming pool, firepit, fireplaces, hot tub, sleds, bikes, etc.
USE OF ALL RECREATIONAL AMENITIES IS AT RENTER’S AND OCCUPANTS’ OWN RISK.
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF POTENTIAL HAZARDS
Due to a variety of factors, including weather and water conditions, these Recreational Amenities may not be available, functional or safely usable at the time of your stay.
Swimming Pool or Hot Tub:
Renter and Occupants acknowledge that swimming and/or diving is an inherently dangerous recreational activity with risks of BODILY INJURY (including, but not limited to chemical irritation, impact injuries from diving or jumping into the pool, electrocution, entrapment, and drowning) and DEATH. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO LIFEGUARD IS PRESENT AND THAT THESE CONDITIONS COULD POSE A SPECIAL RISK TO CHILDREN.
Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times during use of the swimming pool and/or hot tub.
3. WAIVER AND RELEASE: INDEMNIFICATION
RENTER AND OCCUPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST THE OWNER AND ON POINT PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC, INCLUDING ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (collectively, “Released Parties”) FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE RECREATIONAL AMENITIES DESCRIBED IN THIS WAIVER.
ADDITIONALLY, RENTER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FROM RENTER, OCCUPANTS, THIRD PARTIES, OR THEIR HEIRS OR NEXT OF KIN THAT RESULT
