Diese von Anchorage Rentals angebotene Wohnung befindet sich im The Anchorage I in Myrtle Beach und bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Pool und den Innenhof mit ausgezeichnetem Meerblick vom Balkon auf der Hauptebene und vom privaten Balkon im 3. Schlafzimmer. Mit etwas mehr als 150 m² Wohnfläche verfügt diese Wohnung über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie Flachbildfernseher.

Der Ankerplatz:

Das Anchorage liegt inmitten eines üppigen tropischen Innenhofs mit einem großen Außenpool und einer Terrasse. Das Deck umfasst Liegen für Sie, um einen Tag um den Pool zu genießen. Es gibt mehrere Türgrills, die sich auf jeder Seite des Komplexes befinden. Vor Anchorage I finden Sie einen Übungspfad, privaten Gehweg zum Meer und Außenduschen für unsere Gäste zu genießen. Perfect location….relaxing stay….

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is a large, well-maintained condo with easy and very close access to a great, uncrowded beach. It is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions! Definitely would stay here again!

5 star experience!

The property was very clean and nicely decorated and a very quick walk across the street to the beach. Any problems or concerns that came up, the management was quick to respond and offer assistance if needed. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The furniture was very comfortable, we throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great Stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property is perfectly located with heated pool and beach access. The beach is really nice. The people in the building are friendly and welcoming. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Place

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I would say to renters is to bring a cleaning spray of some kind so you can clean up the kitchen during your stay. And I wish they had a broom to help keep up with the inevitable sand on the floor Would definitely stay here again.

Beach was amazing!

Property was great, and is literally on the beach. It was beautiful and convenient and when you bring two teenagers with you, having separate rooms made it so much better.

Clean condo, close to beach

Property was as described. Very clean. Convenient that linens and towels were provided. The condo building itself was rundown. Elevator was old and musty-smelling. Neighbors left trash in public spots instead of trash compactor. Late night noise from neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but not sure we’d stay there in season with the big price tag.

Tropical storm Debby didnt dampen our stay

While we didnt get a whole lot of beach time, we were close to so many attractions. The Pirate Dinner Show, Broadway at the Beach and more. The place its self was gorgeous. Very clean and inviting! I’ve never stayed anywhere that had a better stocked kitchen. Excellant communication with the host regarding any damage from the storm. They even had carts by the elevator that you could use for groceries or your luggage. Pool was very clean.Would highly recommend this condo and the complex.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our stay, the pictures and location description underplay the condos proximity to the beach but it was still very close. However, walking across a busy road with beach gear and a 3 year was not easy. Communicated a maintenance issue to management during our stay and received no communication back. The sheets were awful, maybe were sheet above… but we drove to Target and spent $80 on decent sheets to be able to sleep. Everything else was great.

Great beach front condo

The property was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots,pans, bakeware, small appliances, etc. Anything you’d need for a weeklong stay. Unit was very clean and views from both balconies were beautiful. The king bed was too soft for my taste, might have been memory foam, but comfortable. Guest room mattress seemed a bit old but my teen had no complaints. The location was in a beautiful, quiet area and close to all the Myrtle Beach fun. The beach was right across the road and a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Private area in a bustling area

This vacation property is situated in a very private area across from the ocean. The grounds were clean, the property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you need. I will note that if you are traveling with an curious toddler, you will have to keep constant watch on them as there are several fragile decorations placed throughout the property. The only true complaints I have are: 1. The beds are on the firm side, and will probably give side sleepers some aches. 2. The elevator did not work and this unit is on the 3rd story, making it difficult to handle your luggage when unpacking/packing

The property was filthy. The pictures made the property seem much bigger. It was small. The Dinnerware was disgusting. There was food in the pullout sofa. The chairs at the dining room table were gross. We spent the entire first day sanitizing (because obviously the cleaning crew doesn’t do it). My wife literally ran the dishwasher 4 times that day to clean the dinnerware because they were not clean. In a single phrase extremely disappointed and disgusting

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice just like the picture. The only problem was the shower in the master bedroom the water drains slow and the patio door in the master bedroom doesn’t open. But those things didn’t affect our stay had a great time.

Another great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Anchorage 1 for 20+ years. There are 48 units, so it is a smaller complex, but the swimming pool is big with plenty of loungers!We have rented a 3 bedroom/2bath condo and 2 bedroom/2 bath condos over the years and everyone has been nice and clean. Renting from this rental company makes things easy and they are always responsive to any questions or concerns. This condo complex is in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. It is in a safe residential area and the beach is less crowded as compared to the high rise complexes. A majority of renters are families so it is a pleasant atmosphere!

The location was in the heart of where we like to spend our time while at Myrtle...very near eateries, shopping, putt-putt, and just across the street from the beach!
