Diese Wohnung am Anchorage II bietet direkten Blick auf den Pool / Innenhof und einen Balkon mit Meer- und Poolblick. Diese geräumige Wohnung bietet einen Wohnbereich mit einer Fläche von knapp 300 m² und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.

Ankerplatz II:

Das Anchorage II liegt inmitten eines üppigen tropischen Innenhofs mit einem großen Außenpool und einer Terrasse. Das Deck umfasst Liegen für Sie, um einen Tag um den Pool zu genießen. Es gibt mehrere out Türgrills auf jeder Seite der komplexen sowie außerhalb Lagerung für Liegestühle, Boogie Boards und Sand Spielzeug befindet. Vor Anchorage I & II finden Sie einen Spielplatz, Gedächtnispark, Übungspfad, privater Gehweg zum Ozean, Außenduschen und Privatstrandpavillons für unsere Gäste zu genießen. Auffächer und Handicap-Rampen befinden sich auf jeder Seite des Komplexes und sind leicht zugänglich. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Unsere Eigentumswohnungen befinden sich nur wenige Minuten vom Broadway am Strand, der Innenstadt von Boardwalk und Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barfußlandung, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, Theater und Shows, Golf und Restaurants.

Nice condo but need to update their description. Says can smoke on balcony and once arrived the entire facility is no longer smoking and you have to walk across the street.

Only had a couple of issues, screen door to balcony very hard to open and close. The TV`S in the bedrooms did not work. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location, right across from the ocean, on the website it said there was a hot-tub and there was not one, the main floor was dirty, walking barefoot our feet got dirty, in one bed there were 2 pills, not sure if the sheets were changed prior to our stay, at the time we did not need customer service, I would recommend this to others, we dined out a lot, played putt-putt, enjoyed the pool and ocean, visited Boardwalk at the Beach and Barefoot Landing, the airport is close by which was convenient because we went there to pick up a family member.

Some are updated nicely and some are in need of work and kitchen items. This is the first year they have not provided umbrellas at the pool and there were a number of disgruntled families, including us. Our son purchased one for the week, as did at least 3 other families, and left it in our condo with hopes that someone else can use it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a long weekend and enjoyed our stay at Anchorage II. Unit 115 is very up to date, a nice kitchen, and a great view of both the pool and the ocean. It is on the first floor which made it easy to get all of our items inside the room. There is no building in front of it that obscures the view of the beach which made it even nicer, and the playground across the street has a very nice pirate ship and great landscaping. I do wish there was a separate kiddie pool from the adult pool, my 1 year old loved the pool, but it would have been nice to have something more her size.

We like beaches that are not very busy and this one did not disappoint. We could see the kids crossing the street to get to the other parent, we could see the pool. We had a great view of the ocean. Stores, restaurants and mini golf were all close. The property was clean and spacious. Tvs were hard to work. We appreciated the starters of soap and TP. The other visitors were all respectful and kind as well. We will definitely be back.

While this unit is still very nice, it was not as luxury as the first two we stayed in. Don’t get me wrong, it was still wonderful, just didn’t have the nice HUGE walk-in shower in master bath, no fan for bedroom, semi-dated furniture. But the location is awesome! The property is great! The ocean views are to die for.... We’ll be back next year.

I never had any problems with noise or the group, however received mean emails from the property management. I didn't think the families were loud at all and I was right there on the first floor! Fun week

We had a great week at this property. The kitchen was smaller than expected based on photos but it worked great for us anyway. The location was perfect for pandemic travel-between the busy areas. While the beach to the north and south was busy, the area in front of the property was not crowded. Bring your own beach chairs (or get them in town). This was our first family beach vacation and we loved it.
