Welcome and experience the best of Salt Lake City in this unique and charming apartment with secure entry and private free parking. We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are also a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, the University of Utah, entertainment, Primary Children's Hospital, and everything else. Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Classic wood trim throughout the large open living room leads to a large balcony. Guests can enjoy amenities like Google Fiber internet. Central Air offers heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, and more! Whether exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this terrific apartment is the perfect home base for your trip. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Charming place to stay

Very historical feeling building that has been nicely updated while maintaining the original character. It’s on a busier street than I thought it would be, but the bedrooms are on the back side so it wasn’t an issue at all to sleep. Really enjoyed our time and the host was super responsive and helpful. Comfy beds, nice linens and extra touches throughout.

Great SLC stay

This well-apportioned and classy apartment had everything we needed for a great stay in SLC. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook a simple meal, and the coffee selection was great. Beds were comfortable and the decor was well-done. The location is centrally located making it easy to explore downtown, the U, or the mountains. We look forward to staying again.

A perfect extended stay

Our stay perfect. The unit is central to everything. 10ish minutes to DT, Airport, Highways to mountains, U of U. Plenty of space and amenities. It's a classic older building so you can hear footsteps on the wood flooring. But I would look to stay again in my return to SLC!

Comfortable, convenient and cozy

Loved my night stay. The place was very affordably priced, conveniently located, and very comfortable and cozy. From the great provided snacks, to cozy atmosphere, to super fluffy nice towels, the place was clean, had everything I needed, and provided ample room to entertain my family that I was visiting f. Highly recommend!
