The living room has a sofa, and a convertible sofa that turns into a queen bed. The apartment can comfortably welcome 6 guests.

One room has an AC and the house has a lightning 50 Mbps internet speed. There are 2 western style toilets, all with showers. The flat has a living space, a dining space, a work station and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please note the flat is on the first floor with a lift.

Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following:

/!\ Strict no party policy, security guard is in the building and will intervene in case of loud music. /!\

* No smoking indoors.

* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

* For our long term guests, please note we change bed linens only once a week. Fresh towels are provided once in every three days.

* No parties allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot.

* Quiet time after 11 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am.

* UPS router is provided incase of power outage.

* We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. Please contact us if you would like more information on this, before making your booking.

* Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals.

* All informations to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details, house guide and a local guide will be share one day prior to your arrival.

* We are obligated to adhere to strict check-out timings so that our cleaning teams can do their work effectively. Guests leaving past their checkout times will be charged Rs.2000/- per half hour of delay.

*As per government norms we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation. We will be sending a link to our pre-checkin form to collect the same automatically after booking is confirmed.
