Allow me to introduce myself, Kurt Fuhrman. My wife Laura and I have been hosting on VRBO since 2011, maintaining a 5-star rating with over 125 reviews. This is our latest long-term rental, available for 1-12 months or more. Therefore, you will not see any previous reviews. We hope it meets your expectations.
Describing this charming 900 sq.ft two-bedroom apartment is easy because it's hassle free.
The unit is fully and elegantly furnished to ensure your comfort. It features contemporary modern furniture, a well-equipped kitchen (suitable for preparing a Thanksgiving meal for eight) with new appliances. Adjacent to the dining room is a six-foot workstation with ample space for two adults to work side-by-side. Additionally, there is a 50 square foot pantry for storage. The unit includes one full bathroom (five foot tub & shower) with an additional wash basin and cabinet. The two charming bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed.
Having been fully remodeled this past summer the unit boasts new paint, drywall, lighting, new kitchen cabinets and fixtures, all new appliances, as well as new bathroom fixtures & cabinets. Everything has been updated.
This unit features a 375 sq ft outdoor patio (130 covered) with a six-foot privacy fence and direct access to your private carport through the rear gate. No more scraping snow off your windshield during that heavy spring snowstorm or getting into that unbearable overheated car in August.
Our rental agreement is designed to meet your needs. Whether you're in town for a month-long visit with the grandchildren or a young professional just moving to town to start your career. You'll be welcome here.

Community complex amenities feature an indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, library, workout and weight room with sauna, plus a game room equipped with ping pong and pool table, and an upright piano.
Situated just two blocks from Pearl Street with its array of fine dining, and within a 4-6 block radius of the University of Colorado and Naropa University, our apartment offers unparalleled convenience. Essential stores like Sprouts Market and Mcguckin Hardware are a mere two blocks away, while the 29th Street Mall, Century Movie Theater, Boulder Dairy Art Center, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are all within a four or six block walk. The Boulder Downtown Transit Center is also easily accessible, just eight blocks as is the iconic Pearl Street Mall. Easy transportation is available just south of the building via the RTD transit bus stop, eliminating the need for a car.

We now have two units in this building. Each unit had belonged to friend of ours. We have always enjoyed visiting them at this complex. It's has always had a comfortable feel to it.

Access to everything Boulder has to offer. You can walk to the locals favorite grease spoon for breakfast (The Village Coffee) or go for upscale coffee at the Boxcar coffee shop.
Walk over to Spruce Outdoor pool and swim a few laps or head down to the Pearl St Mall late afternoon beer. And never have to use a car.
