Welcome to the Victorian two-story townhouse with a private garden, located in a quiet residential area with convenient street parking. Just a short walk to Catford Town Centre, where you'll find vibrant local shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as beautiful parks for strolls. With nearby Catford and Catford Bridge Stations and bus stops, you'll have easy access to explore London's iconic sights. This home offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and city convenience for your stay.
Step into this charming townhouse, where you’ll be greeted by a spacious and cosy living room. Relax on the two sofas (one of which converts into a sofa bed), enjoy the decorative fireplace, or unwind in front of the flat-screen TV. The large, wall-to-wall window floods the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Just off the living room, the separate dining area offers a lovely round table and access to the private garden—perfect for enjoying the fresh air.
From the dining area, you can get into the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.
Upstairs, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub awaits, complete with complimentary toiletries and soft towels for your comfort.
A few steps higher, you’ll find a сosy workspace and two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one features a queen-size bed and another with a double bed with hotel-quality linens and wardrobes for ample storage.
The property offers excellent broadband speed for your convenience. The ground floor features beautiful beech wood flooring.
For your convenience, the apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
