ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The driveway up to the house is paved. Guests have full access of the home including the garage (code provided with check in information) Garage is for parking only. Use the stairs to the left of the garage up to the front door for entry. Once inside all living and sleeping spaces are on one level. Locked doors or cabinets are for owner storage.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.
