Evidence of smoking through our on site smoke detectors would result in additional fees.

- PARTIES AND EVENTS :
NO parties, NO events allowed
Kindly keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

-NO PETS OF ANY KIND

- TOWELS :
Do NOT wipe off make-up on towels or linens.
Avoid staining towels or linens.
You would be charged extra for the replacement.

- UTENSILS :
Please wash all utensils and dishes before checkout.

- SPILLS :
Clean up spills and messes to avoid extra cleaning fees

- GARBAGE :
Please put waste in corresponding bins.
You must take excess garbage ( beyond two large bags ) with you to avoid additional charges.

- TURN OFF LIGHTS AND CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS BEFORE LEAVING.
