AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
This review highlights several issues with the listed property and the host's service. The pictures were deceiving, the code for entry was inconsistent, the house did not match the description, the TVs and internet did not work, there were broken drawers and a bathroom door that didn't lock, lack of privacy, and cleanliness issues with the pool and hot tub. After persistent communication, the host eventually sent someone to address the TV problem, but it took two days. Even the technician acknowledged that the TVs were faulty and should have been resolved earlier. The host provided excuses and accused the guests of causing problems. The hot tub did not get hot and the controls were non-functional. We had to wait an additional 4-5 days for the pool to be cleaned and the hot tub to be checked. The hot tub was dirty upon check-in, and the host attempted to blame us for its condition, falsely accusing us of dropping cigarettes in it. However, the pool technician confirmed that there were no signs of smoking. The host's service was criticized by the TV and pool technicians as well. The host claimed to live just five minutes away and available for assistance, but they never showed up during our week-long stay. He provided various excuses, such as a broken-down car and the cost of transportation, which contradicted their initial claim of proximity. I strongly advises avoiding this place due to the numerous unresolved issues and poor service experienced during our vacation.
