Perched at an altitude of 1,400 meters on the edge of a vast alpine meadow, the Guest House is an exquisite cedar-wood chalet that seamlessly blends traditional ranch design with luxurious modern amenities. Offering uninterrupted views of the Southern Rockies stretching endlessly into the horizon, this elegant residence combines sleek surfaces, contemporary furnishings, and warm wood accents to create a timelessly sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Designed to comfortably host up to eight guests plus two young children, the Guest House boasts two king suites, each with a cozy reading nook and en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom that opens onto a covered patio, and a fourth bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a king. Guests will also appreciate the spacious family bathroom with dual sinks, an additional shower room, and a convenient powder room. For families traveling with little ones, the thoughtfully appointed nursery offers one or two wooden cribs (as needed), a rocking chair, and a changing table.

Every accommodation detail has been meticulously curated to ensure a luxurious stay, from soft, high-thread-count white linens and extra pillows, to fluffy towels, thick bathrobes and disposable slippers, and all-natural toiletries by The Unscented Company.

The expansive decks surrounding the home are ideal for outdoor gatherings, offering a cozy exterior lounge, a spacious dining area, a BBQ with a pizza stone, and a ping pong table. The front deck provides unparalleled views of the breathtaking mountain scenery, from enchanting sunrises that awaken the landscape to vibrant sunsets that fill the sky with unforgettable hues.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a 50” smart TV with streaming apps, a Bluetooth speaker, world-to-Canada adaptor plugs, electronic safes in each bedroom and hair dryers in all bathrooms. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, steamer and drying rack. Household products are provided, as well as pantry essentials.

For families traveling with little ones, the Guest House goes above and beyond. Highchairs, booster seats, step stools, potty chairs, a portable play yard, toys, books, nightlights, a baby monitor, a safety stair gate, socket protectors, and pinch guards, ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every child.

With soaring double-height ceilings, warm cedar wood walls, and sleek cement flooring encircling the 32-by-16-foot heated indoor pool, this refined pavilion invites you to immerse yourself in unparalleled relaxation and recreation.

A sweeping glass façade floods the space in natural light, while framing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Alongside the glass wall, four cushioned armchairs paired with coffee tables create an inviting lounge area, perfect for sipping a drink while enjoying the scenery.

A stylish bar corner, complete with a mini fridge to keep refreshments chilled and a Bluetooth speaker to set the perfect mood, elevates your poolside experience. Neatly folded pool towels are stocked on shelves beneath the bar for your convenience.

Opposite the pool, two lounge chairs beckon you to recline in comfort after a swim or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere. Yoga mats are available for those wishing to stretch or meditate, while a wooden storage box holds essential pool accessories, including kids’ swim vests, goggles, floats, diving toys, and pool noodles, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages.

Thoughtfully designed for convenience, the pavilion features two standing double-racks and multiple wall hooks, providing ample space to dry towels and organize belongings. After your swim, refresh in the adjoining changing room, complete with a multi-jet shower, vanity, and toilet, offering both comfort and privacy.

The pool is heated to a perfect 28°C (82°F), with a depth ranging from 3 feet 4 inches (1 meter) at the shallow end by the steps to 5 feet (1.5 meters) at the deep end. High-speed WiFi is also available inside the pavilion.
