Fantastic stay at a wonderful property. Great weather at a fabulous house. Staff was first-rate. Was a bit surprised that there was no involvement with host other than email or property manager other than first night quick intro. They relied on staff to carry-the day which they did. Highly recommended!

Our mini vacation was way too short! Property is perfect, location is perfect. All rooms and spaces are great and relaxing. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and its always a great time. Rocio, Chef Mauricio and team were amazing! Can't wait for our next stay!

Wouldn't Change a Thing...

This property is perfect from start to finish!! We were there for a week with our family to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had 9 adults and 7 children ranging from 3 months to 6 years. The location, house and staff couldn't be better. The view and access to the beach is perfect. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks. The snorkeling was great. We rented jet skis, brought in people do give us massages and relaxed all day long.The staff and chief couldn't have been more helpful. The food was delicious and they did everything to accommodate our desires and needs. They were loving to our grandkids and graciously accommodated some picky eaters. We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful location and home

Perfect. House was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 13 of us and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and the chef was great. We did not leave the property except to walk the beach, including to walk to a wave runner rental site for our teenagers. Great location, great staff and a wonderful time.

wonderfull stay

This property was as advertised, very large 6 bedrooms complete with bathrooms, clean, on a beautiful beach, shallow ocean and was fun with the boys. The best part od the stay was the team of people we were lucky enough to have, Rocio,Mauricio THE chef, and Jesus who always have a smile on his face. Mauricio and the team are well worth the cost of the chef non better. We recommend this property without any reservation, and are grateful to the staff

Service above and beyond

The location of the house is unmatched - but the biggest difference is the service and team. So friendly, and going above and beyond. Allowing us to sneak in prior to check-in, catering a welcome meal, and providing subtle and consistent support. I cannot say enough about how special they made our stay - and the meals were terrific and varied. Very special place and team.

Beautiful Beach

We were a family of 9 adults and 6 children ages 1 to 6. The house is beautiful, nicer than the photos. The beach and the bay are just as described. The water was calm enough for the children to be in the ocean. Everyone used the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect. We had chef services for the entire stay. Mauricio, Rocio, Jesus and Damaris took great care of us! Food was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone and would rent it again!

Fabulous place

I took my kids, their spouses, and grandkids for a week. 9 adults and 4 very young children (ages 7 months to 3 years). It was the perfect place. Big beautiful beach, almost no seaweed. Great rooms and amenities. Best of all the staff treated us like royalty. I highly recommend.

Amazing getaway for a group of cousins!

I don’t have words to describe how amazing this property is! The pictures do not do the beauty justice. Having a house staff of two wonderful ladies, taking care of us, serving us, and making sure we have everything we need was priceless. The private chef service was incredible! I asked Victor for a sample menu and we chose our meals and snacks ahead of time, and sent him the menu. They had prepared everything and gotten all the groceries for a weekend stay. The view at the property is amazing! The private beach is so clean and large and they have two kayaks and paddle boards as well. The water was so clear and warm and perfect. We were a group of 11 women, all cousins, and came for our annual trip. We did not want to leave and we all talked about coming back again. As tired moms and wives who are constantly in service of others, we really appreciated being served and taken care of. I have traveled all over the world and vacation in some of the most exotic places, but this place is topping my list as one of my best vacations simply because of how much I was able to relax. The area is extremely safe and in the vicinity of the hotel zone so you will see a lot of action on your way in, but then enter a private gated compound, which is like a slice of heaven. I cannot wait to return! Thank you Victor, house staff, and our chefs for an amazing stay!

Great location

We did spring break here with another family. 4 adults and 4 kids in total. The house is in a safe location with a great beach - calm waters, very private feeling. The house has 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks- we used those daily. We had the chef Jose 2 days - I wish you could book him for half days too to fill in the gaps (days with activities or restaurant reservations). We weren’t sure what it would be like to have house staff - and it turned out to be great… grocery runs, organized transportation, dishes, laundry, bedrooms cleaned, etc. made it feel more hotel like and relaxing. It’d be helpful to know what their role is with almost like a list of things they can help with - at first we weren’t sure if we were asking too much or it was part of the job. Same for the chef - a list of menu favorites and specialty cocktails - we figured it out but were a little lost getting started. I’d be very excited to rent this house again and have obed, Jose, Rosario, and demitra helping us.

The property was really great, with plenty of room to spread out. The beach was right there, with no crowds. The best part of the house were the incredible staff. They all went out of their way to take great care of us and make sure we were comfortable. Their service was very much appreciated.

Amazing family vacation

The house is ideally placed on the most beautiful beach between private homes and away from hotels. The most amazing thing in this vacation was the service of Obad and his team and the chef Jose who treated us with excellent meals 3 times a day. They were extremely friendly, accommodating and at the same time respectful of our privacy, in short a dream scenario! The house is ideal for families with children, with visibility to the water, the two pools from the dinner table. Everything is extremely clean, very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Only draw back: if you have a bachelor or other loud party next door! Obad and his team will do anything to make this an unforgettable stay in Mexico!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Obed, Rocio, Mari and Chef Jose were all amazing! Rooms kept clean. Views were perfect, it was nice to have our own pool and beach all to ourselves. Obed got us everything we needed and more. Everything Chef made was delicious- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rocio and Mari were so kind and friendly. I can't wait for our next trip here.

The Best Service

We have stayed at a few houses in Mexico and this house by far has the best service we have ever experienced. The beach and location were amazing. The house itself was nice enough, but it’s the people there that helped us that gives this house a 5 star rating! Obed, his wife, Jose, and Rosaría were genuine, thoughtful people that went above and beyond to make our time there the best it could be!

Great house for bachelorette weekend

The house was perfect for celebrating my bachelorette party with a group of girls! It was huge - 6 bedrooms (5 in main area of house, one in lower level with a separate entrance), 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, 2 pools, and direct beach access! What made our trip particularly special was the amazing house staff - Obed (the "butler") was always around to help with every need and greet us when we returned home every night (cabs, groceries, chef service, etc). In addition, the cleaning staff and chef were amazing - our rooms were always spotless and the chef's food was amazing! Helpful to have someone who speaks a little Spanish, with google translate filling in the blanks! The location was perfect - gated community with security guard on beach at night, and convenient to bars & restaurants! My one heads up to others would be the main living room / upstairs hallways were not air conditioned - however the bedrooms were super cold, there was a 2nd living room with AC, and the wind tunnel kept the main area cool! Collectively we agreed the property was perfect for a girls trip - we'd definitely come back and recommend to others!

5 Star all around

Our group of 8 guys in our 30's stayed here in early November and loved everything about it. The house and staff were absolutely 5 star all around. The house is safely located in a gated area and is in a great location for restaurants, bars and nightlife. The beach is extremely clean and well kept while the views from the house are astonishing. Also, getting to the house from the CUN airport was extremely easy. This place is worth every penny. We will be back!
