We would love to welcome you to our home away from home. This newly remodeled 3500 SF home is filled with luxury from inside out. We have thoughtfully and lovingly worked to design this home in anticipation of your needs, as a place where you can be comfortable and yet feel spoiled. Hang out on the porch and enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset. Enter through the front door and be greeted by several spacious areas to sit back, relax and recover from your long trip or daily excursions. Use our large and well stocked kitchen to prepare a delicious meal, step outside and cook something up on our large grill or take a short walk to one of the local restaurants. Enter our backyard oasis through the laundry room French doors. Whether you want to take a swim in our new swim spa, relax by the fire pit or practice your short shot on our putting green, our backyard is an oasis you won’t want to leave. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms where you’ll be swept away to sleep in one of our 3 king beds. We also have 1 queen bed and 2 sets of bunks for the kiddos. No matter where you’re at in this home you will enjoy all the personal touches that make you feel welcomed.

Step into luxury in our newly remodeled, 1913 old Florida bungalow. From the outside in and top to bottom, comfort and luxury have been the goal both for our guests and our own enjoyment. Boasting almost 3500 SF, we have worked to make every space a place where relaxation, fun and refreshing is key.

Step in, relax and know our entire home is freshly cleaned, laundered and sanitized for your stay.

We provide COMPLIMENTARY STARTER SUPPLY of all the necessities:
*Toiletries: shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper
*Kitchen has paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, new kitchen sponge, kitchen towels
*Laundry pods/soap

We also have a full set of towels (2 bath, hand, wash cloth) including a beach towel for each guest. In an effort to keep our towels in great shape, we also provide make-up removal towels for use during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home all but a few owners closets.

We live close so we are always available if you need anything. I love to meet our guests but always respect your space.

Ours is a historic close knit neighborhood. The owners of this beautiful Victorian home live in another historic home down the street and are committed to insuring that our neighbors and guests alike are looked after. Please respect noise ordinance by observing quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Please do not disturb neighbors.

Walk in our incredible downtown. To beach access MCAT public transportation free until May 2024, car rental, uber-all accessible from our downtown location.

We offer self-check-in, eliminating the need for an on-site key handover. Detailed check-in instructions are sent to quests 24 hours prior to their arrival. Each quest is assigned a unique door code, granting them access to the home throughout their stay.

Walking Distance to Fun, Food and Shopping:

Main Street in downtown Bradenton, boasts the charm of Old Florida, with its boutique shops, local restaurants, and the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays – October – May - from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Enjoy local farm fresh fruits and vegetables, local eats, crafts, art and more.

Along Main Street are many restaurants, whether you want to sit inside, enjoy the warmth of the afternoon sun, or the evening breezes, the choice is yours. You can even shop at any of our local businesses supporting the work of local artists. Take a look through our historic downtown hotel which was redone to keep its original looks, while updating it with all the modern conveniences.
At the end of Main Street, you find our Marina, where you can enjoy the salt water breeze, while you sit and relax on one of the benches. Eat at the restaurant on the pier – Pier 22. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the rooftop of Oak & Stone, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Manatee River or even catch the sunset. Our downtown library is also there. And NEW to the marina is our Gulf Coast Water Taxi. Do you want to enjoy all that Anna Maria Island has to offer, commonly referred to as AMI, but don’t feel like driving? No worries, park downtown and catch the ferry. Where you will enjoy a peaceful ride on the waters, see some beautiful homes along the way and arrive on the Island in style.

Our newly expanded Riverwalk has so much to offer. From parks, including a water feature, a playground, an outdoor exercise area with equipment and suggestions for a workout, sand volleyball courts, and a skatepark. Along the walk you will find benches, and even swings to sit and enjoy the views. Did you bring your furry family with you on this trip, no worries they are welcomed to enjoy the Riverwalk with you. All we ask is that they be on leash.
Downtown, you will also find our Bishop Museum of Science and Nature. And within walking distance is our Village of the Arts, where local homes have been converted into whimsical shops, and eateries, showcasing local artists.
Minimum renter age is 25 for everyone in the booking
group unless accompanied by parents. 8 adults
maximum, additional children welcome to a maximum
of 12 total guests.

Trash & Recycling:
Pickup is 2 X's per week. Guests are required to
bring the empty bins to the side of the house. Trash days are posted at the house.

Pool heat is set at 86 degrees, however if air
temps drop below 50 degrees it can affect pool
temperature. As a result, pool temperature cannot be
guaranteed. Please let us know if you'd like the additional Pool Heat. There is a charge of $100 for pool heat between 87 & 90 degrees.

Towels & clothing: No wet clothing. towels or swim suits
on the indoor furniture please.

Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level
during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm to 8:00am. No
rowdy/noisy parties allowed. No music with profanity. Respect the neighbors.

If the home is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning
fee will be charged. Examples include: Dirty walls, dirty
dishes all over the kitchen, excessive trash, excessive
food left at the home for the cleaners to discard, stains
on the carpet / bedding / furniture, etc.

4 cars MAX at the home at all times. No street parking
allowed. All vehicles must fit in the BACK Parking area.

Gas grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill
the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to
exchange the tank at a local Ace Hardware or Home Depot
for around $20. Grill must be attended at all times while
in use.

NO parties/events/function/extra quests without approval first.

NO smoking of any kind/vaping inside the house or in the front
yard. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the backyard area. Cigarettes butts MUST be
discarded properly (not on the ground). $100 clean up
fee if cigarette butts left behind. NO drug use/illicit
substances anytime/anywhere in or on the property.
including medical marijuana. Guest will be charged the
full security deposit if the rules are broken regardless of
any damages.

Check out time is 10AM. Unauthorized late check out
will be charged the full security deposit, plus additional
charges if it results in canceling of incoming quests.

Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents,
injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during
your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or
vehicles.

No check ins or checkouts allowed on Thanksgiving or
Christmas day.

Violation of house rules or any rules from rental website
(Airbnb) are grounds for terms of the rental to be
terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without
reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.

Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you are staying in this area, this is the place for you. Newly remodeled and they did a fantastic job. Tons of space. Extremely clean and in a great location. Host was responsive as well. 11 out of 10.
