This newly remodeled home is packed with activities and relaxation options, perfect for families and friends. Here's everything it offers:

Living Room & Indoor Entertainment

- Heated pool and hot tub for relaxing swims and soothing soaks.
- Fire pit with cozy seating, ideal for stargazing and evening chats.

- Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances to make meals a breeze.

Guests will have full access to the property outside maybe some closets that are locked for owners

We are available during business hours.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

There are security cameras in the front of the property, but nothing inside.

Guests are expected to turn fire pit and grill off if they are not immediately around it (gas prices soaring like crazy)

NO CABLE: we do not offer cable TV at this home. We do have three TVs in the house with streaming capabilities where you can put your login information and access. Netflix Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee (schedule below). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

Heating the pool + spa fee depends on the season:

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night


Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Apologies in advance if the pool, pool chairs or outdoor furniture is dusty, we have them cleaned regularly but the winds are strong here and sometimes the dust / dirt collects, especially in the tanning bed area.

**additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay be will cost an additional fee.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Please be informed that we are required to collect a photo copy of your ID and the credit card used for all reservations, and that the credit card used and ID must match.
