Great Location and Fun Stay!
We traveled to AZ to catch some Spring Training games. I booked this house for the location to the fields we would be visiting and because it had a pool for our kiddos. I also thought the price of the stay was reasonable for the amenities and location. We had a few hiccups with communication when it came to receiving the check in details. However, those issues were resolved prior to us arriving in AZ late that evening. The house is beautiful and well equipped for the most part. The kitchen could use a few more things, such as scissors, but had all the nifty small appliances. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The cornhole boards in the backyard were a nice addition except for one of them was broken, but it wasn't a huge deal for us. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There is a small playground and basketball court in the lot next to the house. It's a gated neighborhood so we did have a gate fob to enter, but the gate was always open when we were coming and leaving. The security personnel who man the gate were a little intimidating every time we had to go through because we didn't have a "sticker" even though we showed them we had a fob, were using a rental vehicle, and staying at Christina's house. They didn't seem to really care and said HOA is requiring stickers now, so we weren't sure how to respond except just tell them the same thing every time we had to get back to the house. Overall, we had a good experience & would stay again.
