INTERIOR LIVING:
Casa Serenata showcases traditional Southwestern craftsmanship paired with purposeful, modern design. Inside, you’ll find brick floors, exposed vigas, and an architectural sense of place that’s both grounded and refined.
The open-concept layout centers around a chef’s kitchen with a generous island and breakfast bar. It flows into the dining area and the primary living room, which is anchored by a dramatic 17-foot kiva fireplace. This space features a built-in workspace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and French doors that open directly onto the terrace, welcoming natural beauty and panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
A beautifully crafted hardwood spiral staircase leads to a cozy second living area in the loft, ideal for reading, streaming, or enjoying an additional place to relax above the main floor.
Both king bedrooms are designed with comfort and intention, featuring premium linens, ample closet space, and artisan touches throughout. The primary suite offers direct terrace access and a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms feature radiant heated brick floors, adding an extra layer of comfort, especially welcome on crisp Santa Fe mornings.
EXECUTIVE OFFICE & WORKSPACE
For guests working remotely, Casa Serenata includes a dedicated home office—a private executive workspace located just off the courtyard. Convenient for extended stays and remote work, this office features natural light, a built-in desk and bookshelves, high-speed Wi-Fi, and peaceful courtyard garden views. It’s an ideal setup for digital nomads, remote professionals, writers, and creatives seeking both focus and separation from the main living space.
This thoughtfully designed work environment is just one example of how Casa Serenata goes beyond the typical vacation rental, offering comfort, functionality, and inspiration for longer stays.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The outdoor spaces at Casa Serenata are as thoughtfully curated as the interiors—designed to offer moments of stillness, inspiration, and connection with nature.
THE TERRACE
The east-facing terrace offers uninterrupted views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, where each sunrise paints the peaks in gold and the evening glow casts a soft, romantic hue across the landscape. In the distance, Ski Santa Fe comes into view, offering inspiration for day trips, hikes, or skiing, depending on the season.
The setting is defined by its stillness and sound: the gentle rustle of mountain air through the aspen leaves creates a calming natural rhythm. It’s a space that invites morning coffee, yoga, meditation, or simply a few quiet moments to take it all in. As night falls, the crisp high-desert air and absence of city lights reveal a panoramic canopy of stars, making the terrace a favorite for evening wine, reflection, or intimate conversation under the open sky.
THE COURTYARD
The guest suite opens into a spacious private courtyard, framed by lush landscaping, a seasonal rose garden, and the gentle sound of mountain air through the aspens. With comfortable seating for four, this outdoor living space is ideal for afternoon reading, casual gatherings, or a quiet escape from the sun.
The courtyard provides couples and long-stay guests with a shaded, serene setting—perfect for private reflection or relaxed conversation. Whether you’re here for rest, reconnection, or a creative reset, Casa Serenata’s outdoor environment offers a level of peace, privacy, and natural beauty rarely found in a long-term vacation rental in Santa Fe.
