Step inside one of the area's most iconic spaces. Built in 1976, the Hilltop Hive features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a wood-burning stove in the living room and a glorious backyard oasis. Multiple outdoor seating areas, a BBQ, and a dedicated fire pit surrounded by mature trees offer ample space for you and the family to enjoy. Plus, your stay includes access to the Baltac private beach just a short walk away for Lake Windermere's summer sand & winter skating adventures.

This home features a large deck space with plenty of outdoor seating options and a BBQ. The backyard features a stunning fire pit area and plenty of space for kids to roam. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PARKING
You will have access to the private driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles.


BACKYARD SHEDS/LOCKED AREAS
Please note that the additional sheds in the backyard are not included in the rental. There is also a dedicated locked closet in the house that is inaccessible to guests.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Baltac Beach (3-min drive/15 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market (10 min drive): Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

● Radium Hot Springs (20 min drive): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (6-12 min drive): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).
