BEDROOM #1: The spacious Primary bedroom features a luxury pillow top King mattress, high end linens and unparalleled mountain views. The bedroom sleeps up to 4 people with the addition of the twin daybed and the custom made designer sleeper chair (a Twin mattress inside). There is a remote work space and a big screen smart tv.
Bathroom #1: The primary bedroom has an over sized, spa-like 4 piece ensuite with a beautiful deep soaker tub.
BEDROOM #2: Features Two queen beds, each with luxurious pillow top mattresses. The bedroom has breath taking views of iconic mountain ranges and big screen smart TV. Local photography by Jeff Walker adorns the walls.
BATHROOM #2: The second bedroom has a second 4 piece spa-like ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
BATHROOM #3: Half piece bathroom off of the main living area.
All three very spacious bathrooms equipped with lush towels and the lemongrass aroma of our local Rocky Mountain Soap. We supply spa-like Tea Tree Oil shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
LAUNDRY:
The condo conveniently has a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer in the suite. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets are provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Medium-Strict: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before, within 14 days guests will receive only the cleaning fee back.
