Terra Lago HOA Rules:
NO street parking after 6 pm, (Extra Parking available outside the main security gate)
NO commercial vehicles or Oversized Passenger Vehicles after 6 pm and not allow on Sunday All-day
NO RV or Truck RV conversion after 6 pm (can be parked in front of the security gate)
NO fishing, swimming or boating in the lake.
City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules
NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS - Not loud or amplfied. If neighbors can hear inside there house its too loud.
All outdoor amenities must be turned off and human noise/music must be moved indoors by 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
Regarding extra guests: Up to 21 daytime guests and 10 overnight guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children (no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 21 daytime guests and 10 overnight guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.
Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.
Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 84°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature up 104 F (96-98 F recommend for kids). For requests of higher than 84° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.
You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3 PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.
DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests.
Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.
PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only.

You understand that the use of the entire house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained and hold the owner harmless.
