Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this cozy retreat with it's own private pool, complete with essential amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and washer/dryer. (*This is a new property for us, so we are currently updating as we go as the property is a little dated - some of the furniture that you see in the photo's has now been updated to new items. Please let us know if you have any suggestions after your stay with us!)

*Optional Heating Fee for our pool is $35.00 per day for the entire length of your stay. If you would like to add this to your stay please let us know right away or 24 hours before check-in as it does take time to get the heat up and running. The pool heat is set for 84 degrees and cannot be changed. (Payment for this will be sent to you separately, tax will be added.)

*Please note that we have taken all the necessary steps to ensure that our pool runs properly, because of this there is absolutely no tampering with any pool equipment. If we find that there has been any tampering whatsoever/changing of temperature you will be charged a $500.00 fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

*There is valet trash, please put all trash inside of a trash bag, then place bag inside of the bench that is located out front. There is a trash schedule listed inside of the property. (Trash may not get picked up on a major holiday.) Any loose trash/recycling inside of the bench will not be taken, everything must be in a secured trash bag. Any loose or bagged trash/recycling outside of the bench will also not be taken, if there is not anymore room inside of the bench please walk it over to the garbage compactor that is located between our building and the clubhouse. Garbage bags must be placed inside of the garbage compactor, failure to do so could result in a fine from the community that will be passed onto the guest.

*If you would like housekeeping services in-between your stay please let me know that and we can arrange to have our cleaners come by during your stay (this will be an additional fee, rates vary depending on the request that is made). The cleaning fee that you pay for at the time of booking is the cost of the cleaning after your stay.

*Our end-unit does back up to a conservation, we also ask that you bring in all food when no-one is using the enclosed pool area.
