Das K-303 wurde im zeitgenössischen Lodge-Stil mit einzigartigen Details umgebaut und eingerichtet. Ruhe nach einem Tag in den Bergen auf das Wohnzimmer des bequemes Ledersofa. Der angrenzende Essbereich bietet Platz für zehn am Tisch und Bar, und die Küche ist mit Edelstahl Geräte und Granit ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind mit künstlerisch individuelle Betten und Kopfteile. Zwei Glas-Schiebe-Türen öffnen sich zum Westbalkon, wo Sie jeden Sonnenuntergang zu fangen und genießen Sie den Blick von Paradise Divide and Washington Gulch. Der Hauptwohnbereich verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie einen Schlafboden, das vierte Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Das Gerät ist komplett eingerichtet, bis auf die Bettwäsche und Geschirr.

Der Eingang zum Keystone-Gebäude befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt eine Treppe in den dritten Stock, um zur K-303 zu gelangen.

San Moritz ist Ski-in / Ski-out und die Keystone Gebäude hat eine große Ski-Zugang - ideal für Anfänger. Ihre Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Westwall Aufzug. Ein kurzer Spaziergang, Skier, und Sie sind auf der Piste! Am Ende des Tages fahren gerade nach unten zurück in das Gebäude.

Komplexe Annehmlichkeiten sind sicher, dass Ihre Erfahrung zu vervollständigen. Das Büro und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort erleichtern das Ein- und Auschecken und beantworten alle Fragen, die während Ihres Aufenthalts auftreten. Der Reinigungsservice bietet Müll- und Handtuchservice für Aufenthalte von mehr als 3 Nächten. San Moritz verfügt über einen eigenen Shuttleservice, der bei Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenfrei ist. Der Shuttle fährt während der Skisaison täglich ab 8:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Im Sommer verkehrt der Shuttle am Wochenende ab 16:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Sie werden sogar abholen und direkt vor der Wohnung Drop-off! Im Winter können Sie auch genießen eine im Innen Whirlpool genießen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Für zusätzlichen Komfort verfügt jedes Gebäude über 2 münzbetriebene Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Alles, was Sie brauchen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

While a little dated on the decor of the unitand of functional space, ski out, but not ski in from mountain, run outside was closed abd a black by my standards so to hike up 30 yards up hill to get to to unit. Family ski getaway

Location is great right next to slopes so you can ski in for lunch and be on the first chair. Condo van service to town was wonderful just call and Garrett picks you up. Condo was very roomy and comfortable. We used the hot tub every day and made a fire in the fireplace. Christine was a great host.

Everyone had plenty of space and we enjoyed our time together in the evenings gathering in the den/dinning area. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The condo's free shuttle service was an added bonus since we didn't have a car. The drivers were all so nice and helpful. We never had to wait long at all to be picked up and taken to the base area or the town. The office staff were great to work with too. We enjoyed the convenience of ski in/ski out, even though we did have a little difficulty navigating the ski in on the first day, but after that it was fine. We would definitely recommend staying at Keystone 303!

This condo was as described and in line with photos. It’s a great location for ski in/out with a very helpful shuttle service on call. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Linen could have been cleaner (blankets) and this was raised with management. Furniture and spiral stair are quite worn. Overall, reasonable value for money and great outlook.

The condo manager was extremely helpful, from our first contact late last winter, to our checkout day. All condos were well-stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and amenities. The property is well maintained, the views from each condo are spectacular, and the location being close to many different activities is a big asset. We enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, the ski lifts, and local art festival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Keystone 303 San Moritz Condo. The condo is very comfortable. Lots of beds and cute decor. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, though I would suggest they add a couple more cutting boards. The office staff is very helpful and the housekeeping services are great. My only suggestion when staying here in the summer is to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and don’t cool off until late into the night. Even with a fan. Not sure what they can do about it, but it’s quite uncomfortable. Luckily our boys were in those rooms and they don’t complain much. Other than that, the condo is great, the location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets every night. We love Created Butte and we love these condos.

Roomy condo in a great location

The condo is in a nice location on the mountain and it was very comfortable for four adults and one teen. We visited in July and It can get rather warm in the afternoon if the sliding glass doors aren't left open. The layout of the space is great and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect location, great for large group!

We LOVED our stay! We had 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and 2 adult dogs. The house was spacious, providing enough room for everyone. A very quick and easy walk to the lifts. The updates are nice, and it's all very well stocked. Christine was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying here again!
