Diese schöne Wohnung wurde von den Eigentümern geschmackvoll renoviert, um einen großen Essbereich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer zu schaffen. Sie ist mit allen Geräten und Dienstleistungen ausgestattet, die Ihre Familie oder Gruppe zum Erstellen und Servieren von Mahlzeiten benötigen würde. K-204 ist eine sehr geräumige Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Um einen massiven Steinkamin ist eine große, offene Wohnküche geplant. Der Kamin brennt Holz und wir liefern das Holz. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit großen Schränken ausgestattet. Zwei Glasschiebetüren führen auf den großen Balkon. Genießen Sie den Blick auf die Washington Gulch und das Paradise Divide. Das Gerät ist voll möbliert, bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Geschirr. Das K-204 liegt nur wenige Schritte von den Pisten und Wegen entfernt.

San Moritz ist Ski-in / Ski-out und das Keystone-Gebäude bietet einen guten Zugang zum Skigebiet - ideal für Anfänger. Ihre Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des West-Wall-Lifts. Ein kurzer Spaziergang, Ski, und Sie sind auf der Piste! Am Ende des Tages fahren Sie einfach zum Gebäude zurück.

Komplexe Annehmlichkeiten runden das Erlebnis ab. Dank des Büros und des Personals vor Ort können Sie problemlos ein- und auschecken und alle Fragen beantworten, die sich während Ihres Aufenthalts ergeben. Der Reinigungsservice wird für alle Aufenthalte ab 4 Nächten angeboten. San Moritz verfügt über einen eigenen Shuttleservice, der bei Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenfrei ist. Der Shuttle fährt während der Skisaison täglich ab 8:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Im Sommer verkehrt der Shuttle am Wochenende ab 16:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Sie werden sogar direkt vor Ihrer Wohnung abgeholt und abgesetzt! Im Winter können Sie auch im Innen-Whirlpool entspannen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Great stay!

We had the most enjoyable stay. The ski in ski out made access to skiing very simple. The condo was so cozy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our group enjoyed cooking dinners at home and eating together around the dining while the fire was burning. We loved the easy access to town, and look forward to returning!

We plan on trying to get this unit again on our next visit to CB. Being located on the 2 floor there are only 4 stairs to deal with. The end unit has a larger balcony area with no foot traffic in front of the K204. The view from the balcony great, too. It’s nice to have a separate dining room for more formal meals. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meal prep. The bedrooms are large enough for our family’s needs. There is limited clothes closet space for secondary bedroom. Overall I give this a four and half star review.

Basic, Cozy Ski in/Ski out

This unit is part of a condo complex adjacent to the base of the mountain. The unit has a gorgeous stone fire place and includes free firewood. The building construction allows for sound to easily travel so be prepared to hear the unit next to you and above you. We tried to be mindful of our talking volume as well but it's really related to the construction. The unit itself is cute and cozy and has been well loved. It could use a refresh and a serious deep clean. We did not feel our bedding had been properly laundered. The bathroom linens are very basic but do the trick. The dining room is lovely and includes cloth napkins and placements. Overall the unit had european stylings that we appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked, even includes a moka pot for coffee in addition to the drip coffeemaker and an electric tea kettle. The kitchen and kitchen items could use a thorough cleaning - perhaps it's the dishwasher and the dishwasher items aren't checked before being put away? The electric candles are a lovely touch. Be aware the balcony light outside the primary bedroom cannot be shut off - we believed it was a safety measure for the property. It's quite bright. The parking lot is a bit treacherous so beware - especially with ski boots on. The entrance to the building in particular needs salt or a rubber mat to ensure safety for tenants and guests. There is not a blue tooth speaker - there is music player with old iphone port. There is a recycling bin, no compost.

Wonderful ski vacation!

This place was perfect for our ski vacation. It had everything we needed. There was space for hanging out and watching t.v., and a separate room for playing cards, eating, doing puzzles, etc. It even had a separate space for storing equipment and getting ready. The view was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Walk to lift, pre-booked hot tub

Location was very convenient, walk right out to a short drop to the lift. Shared interior space was ideal for putting on gear before going to mountain. The hot tub is shared but is open 3:30-11:00 pm, and you pre-register for time slots in half hour increments via a sign up sheet on the door. My group never had to compete for access to time slots even though we stayed during peak season, so we enjoyed the convenience of having a guaranteed hot tub to ourselves with minimal hassle.

2nd time staying

A little tricky at first to figure out how to ski into the condos but once you find the trail it's perfect. Walked to the edge of the pakring lot, clicked in and skied down to the West Wall Lift, off to the mtn for the day. Stayed in K204 and had shovels, fire wood and shuttle. Loved it!

Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience, 4 Beds in second bedroom small and 2.5 out of 5 on comfort scale. Not an ideal bed for an adult. This second bedroom is set up for kids. Maybe consider putting a second TV in the Master Bedroom for those that would like to relax in the evening. (I know you should be out enjoying Nature in CB, not watching TV :-)) Unit had all the accommodations for an enjoyable multi-night stay over. San Moritz Management team is always very professional and accommodating.
