Diese sehr luftige und geräumige Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um sich auszuruhen, zu entspannen und Ihren Rocky Mountain Urlaub zu genießen. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern, einem Schlafboden und 3 Bädern gibt es viel Platz, um sich nach einem aufregenden Tag zu bewegen. Egal, ob Sie in der Skisaison oder in der Sommersaison mit einer kleinen Gruppe oder einer großen Gruppe reisen, dies ist eine großartige Unterkunft! Eine große, offene Wohn-Essbereich ist um einen massiven Steinkamin geplant. Der durchgehende Küche ist voller Größe und hat auch eine Snack-Bar. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Zwei Glasschiebetüren ermöglichen den Zugang zum großen Balkon. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie eine Schlafboden, der 4. Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Das Gerät ist voll möbliert, bis auf die Bettwäsche und Geschirr. Das Gerät hat auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Das Internationale Gebäude verfügt über eine gute Ski-Zugang, befindet sich direkt am Hang. Ihre Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Westwall Aufzug. Ein kurzer Spaziergang, Skier, und Sie sind auf der Piste.

Komplexe Annehmlichkeiten sind sicher, dass Ihre Erfahrung zu vervollständigen. Als Vor-Ort-Büro und die Mitarbeiter alle Fragen zu Check-in / out und beantworten macht es einfach, die während Ihres Aufenthaltes entstehen. Ein Reinigungsservice wird für alle Aufenthalte ab 4 Nächten angeboten. San Moritz verfügt über einen eigenen Shuttleservice, der bei Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenfrei ist. Der Shuttle fährt während der Skisaison täglich ab 8:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Im Sommer verkehrt der Shuttle am Wochenende ab 16:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Sie werden sogar abholen und direkt vor der Wohnung Drop-off! Im Winter können Sie auch genießen eine im Innen Whirlpool genießen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Für zusätzlichen Komfort verfügt jedes Gebäude über 2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Alles, was Sie brauchen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: International 302 was the perfect size for our 3-generation family. We stayed in a different San Moritz Condo last year and loved the location. It's easy to ski-out in the morning and ski-in in the afternoon except for beginners. We're staying in a different unit at San Moritz next year and will shuttle a beginner to the slopes at least for the first 2 or 3 days. I302 has not been updated. It's clean and the towel and trash service 2x during the week is helpful. However, the two king beds need new mattresses. We eat in every night except one and love to have pizza at Secret Stash in town one night. San Moritz is a great place to stay for location and price.

Amazing Location. Very outdated condo.

This condo complex is amazing and the staff is A+. The location of this condo is amazing. The condo is large and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 easily. When we arrived, I was pretty shocked with how outdated everything was. The appliances did not work properly, paint was chipping off the walls, the decor was literally from 2001 (dates on posters on the walls), and the beds/chairs/tables/technology is very outdated. This property really needs an update. Once updated, it will be an A++. As-is, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Good family rental in CB!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice large condo that could accommodate large family get together. A bit dated and in need of some paint and TLC, and an upgrade to pots and pans, but super for our purposes of multi-generational reunion. This building at top of San Moritz development was a little challenging as a ski in ski out when path to/from West Wall lift was not groomed, and there was heavy powder snowfall - only expert skiers could ski back in at end of day. Beginners would need to use the shuttle provided, so it is not always a ski in ski out unit. Most days though it was. Overall, we had a great stay!Property management very helpful and responsive to any needs and requests.

It’s a great property with easy access to the West Wall. We love San Moritz and have stayed there a bunch of times. I own some beach vacation property. A couple of suggestions: provide more supplies- trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Those things are cheap, but as a renter I feel penalized for staying more than 2 nights. Appreciate having spices there and I agree with the concept of replacing whatever runs out. I do the same thing, but I also leave condiments in the fridge. With Covid, might be a bad idea.

Great spot can’t wait to rent again

Great property. Easily slept 6 adults and 4 kids. Clean. Great outdoorsy decor. Patio was awesome, can’t beat location. Parking lot leads to hiking / mountain bike trails on the resort. Loft area is perfect for kids. Already want to go back this winter and next summer

Relaxing time with family

We had a wonderful time staying here!! The views were amazing. The house was plenty big for 4 adults and 2 kids! Our 8 and 10 year old loved playing in the loft. There is a bedroom and two beds upstairs in the loft which was nice but the stairs up to it were hard to get up and down. It would be hard for older adults to stay up there. The kitchen was fully Equipped for us to cook also! Overall it was a great trip!
