Waterfront Condo 2-bedrooms with AC, Kitchen and all amenities in Seattle
A Bright Contemporary Condo right on the Seattle waterfront facing the Puget Sound. If you love looking at the ocean then my place is for you. Its a very calming experience to look out of the windows. Watch the ferries and ships go by right in front of the living room. Ideal location within walking distance from Pike Place Market (5mins), Seattle Aquarium (across the street), the Seattle Ferris wheel, sculpture park etc. Only waterfront community in Seattle and next to Marriot on waterfront.
Its a prime location and the only condo on the water front in Seattle. You walkout of the building and you are on the waterfront and the aquarium is very close to the condo too. If you love walking around its convenient, if you like to drive around there is a secure parking garage in the condo for your car. This is a luxury condo with all the amenities you expect in a high quality hotel with brand new furnishings and local Seattle art. AC and Heating in the unit. A fully equipped kitchen. Please note that Seattle downtown waterfront beautification project is almost completed, they may have minor work in progress around the property during your stay. The views remain unaffected .
An assigned parking spot in the secured garage (under the building) is included with the condo rental! The unit comes with high-speed internet/wifi.
The condo building has secured access for added safety. It offers a quiet setting which is great for relaxing after a day of sight-seeing, or for business travellers looking for short or extended stays. It's nice to be able to stay in the heart of the city, but not have to deal with the noise of the city.
Guests are required to sign a short term lease agreement (my HOA requires this) before check-in.
Here's the sample lease agreement you will be signing:
The Rental Agreement made between (Renter) and (Owner), in consideration of the rent and the performance of the promises by the renter set forth below, the owner does hereby lease the rental portion of the residence situated in the town of Seattle, at
The property is rented to said renter – , through VRBO for a fee as specified in the VRBO reservation.
The Renter agrees to the rules as specified in the VRBO listing, including, but not limited to:
1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. No loud conversations on the deck
5. The premises must be kept in the same condition as when the Renter(s) moved in (carpet, appliances, furniture, etc.). The Renter(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with repairs or replacements that are needed due to lost or damaged property, beyond reasonable wear and tear.
