The rental was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We usually go as a big family and this was the first year that we went on our own. As frustrating as finding the perfect place can be once I found it, it was a very simple and easy process. Everything was done through email and txt and very easy. The only complaint I have is that we had no internet the entire time and it was suppose to be provided to us. I followed all of the steps/reboot process that were given and had to called the rental property. First they gave me the number for Spectrum, I called to see if they could walk me through getting it fixed...they could not. The owners were using an apple modem and they were not trained for any apple products. When I called the rental property back I was told again to unplug, reboot, etc. that was suggested again. Nothing worked. The wireless network (SSID) was simply not there to log into. After talking to the rental properyfor the 3rd time I was told they would put in a service call and they would call me back with a time for the arrival of the service call (this was all on Monday) and I never heard anything else. While it was frustrating, especially with children, it didn't ruin the trip and it definitely would NOT keep me from using the rental property again.
